Happy with my order.
Delivery delayed by Royal Mail but compensated for the inconvenience. Friendly helpful staff, items arrived well packaged would use again but would prefer different delivery method.

Royal Mail problems I guess
It's hard to say but Royal Mail made the experience prolonged first item was supposedly lost in the post but the Royal Mail tracking never received it then the second package was delayed by postal strike so my project is well behind the product on the flip side is excellent and fantastic price

After initial problems with orders
After initial problems with orders, they rectified the problem and I received a couple of free bottles, very pleased eventually with their service after initial confusion. Highly recommended, I do love the stuff :)

Got 4 items very good price and very…
Got 4 items very good price and very fast time of delivery but when it came one of my plastic bottles was split so had the liquid everywhere but they did rap it in fragile tap so more blame the delivery people for that hence the 4 stars would have been 5 otherwise but really happy overall ☺️

Great company to deal with,kept informed, only thing let it down was the delivery from royal mail,driver left it , didn't inform anyone it was there and the proof of delivery photo was the passenger foot well of his van.the receptionist found the parcel the day after under a table in reception.

Watch out for the tricky ads on packages.
I purchased what I thought was and as states in the advert, a growing system consisting of three bottles of fertiliser in liquid from, what I got was one bottle of the three advertised, if this is how you do business then you’ve lost me as a customer after order one.
Do not use this unless your clear of what your ordering, I hate this kind of trick advertising which is about getting more and more from your wallet, not gonna happen. Bad business techniques.

We do have mixed feelings about this review.
The reason is that in the title we mention what part of the Tri Part (Grow, Bloom, Micro) System you are buying. In you case you got the Grow.
We do understand that it is not as clear as it should be (no bad business techniques intended) so we've changed and updated our website listing after your review.
Now it shows the product and it also gives our customers the posibility to buy the whole set. Hopefully it will make it clearer and stop other customers from getting confused.
