Was at a local Retail park. Went to B&Q to buy some skirting. Went home just to double check sizes as wasn't sure. Returned to B&Q bought the skirting. Went home. Few weeks later got a demanding letter with photos of my car that no return in 30mins. £60 fine. I didn't pay. Few weeks later another letter £100. Making all sorts of threats of court & credit score ratings. I paid the £100. I SHOULDN'T HAVE. You can park for 3 hours but no return in 30 minutes?. I was in the shop 10 minutes at most Went home & Returned 24 minutes later. Bought my items say 15 minutes. So in total about 49 minutes used in total time. 25 minutes of parking in the car park & the limit is 3 hours. So the no return within 30mins should be applied when the 3 hours is used in one go of parking over 2hrs 45 mins. These cameras can read your number plate & tell you when you arrive & leave. So if you only park for 25 minutes & return within 30 mins. You certainly ain't parked for 3 hours. A total disgrace & con. Stealing peoples money regardless of what they do. Designed to legally demand money on a Civil matter. Not buy law of the Courts. Theft. Totally disgusting. Will never pay these Fraudster a penny again or ant other similar companies.

PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU INTO PAYING IF YOU HAVE A GOOD REASON.

Fined for being 6 mins over the allowed time to buy a ticket because I had a very poorly family member with me.
Went through the appeals process (which is pointless because it’s all done in house) basically told me even if I were 6 seconds over i would of been fined!
They sent me all the threatening letters of if you don’t pay NOW this and that will happen. Their solicitor sent me letters which were full of mistakes so I took them all the way to court.
Court day came, they didn’t show up and the judge laughed their evidence out of court and the fine was wiped off.

Trying to take me to court for not paying a 50p fee, which was a genuine mistake as I didn't include a word before my reg.. Now claiming £160!!

Extremely poor company. Badly dressed unkempt staff at Bradley Stoke. Cowardly approach to customers. No practical considerations with respect to shopping trolleys in parking spaces.

Hx Parking management the biggest set of parasites that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my life they are a set of fraudsters conning people out of money.

I went to get my young son a McDonald's after coming out of hospital at around 12.44 is when the camera picked up my reg at no point was I parked there for an hour.

They picked my reg plate up again when picking up a meal at 23.04 at no point was I parked for an hour.

The only time I stopped in their car park at Alma Park leisure centre Chesterfield Derbyshire was when I thought I had done some damage under my car which will be on CCTV.

These thieving parasites have then attempted to make out that I have parked over an hour which is completely untrue.

Do not pay these con artist fraudsters a penny I will happily have my day in court and give these parasites a two fingered salute as I leave too they are lowest of the low they are vermin.

Simply the worst cowboy, bullying firm. Avoid St James Retail Park, Knaresborough. Boycott the shops so that they change the system of charging for parking at this Mall, for genuine shoppers. Three hours for up to six large shops plus coffee/snack time is not adequate.
Signage for car park time limit is so small and easily missed.

Cartmel Racecourse Park with Ease car park - travelled to Cartmel for an appointment at a wedding venue. Had 5 month old grand-daughter in the car who desperately needed nappy changing. Pulled into Cartmel Racecourse parking area to use the public toilet facilities ..... no baby change available so my daughter changed the baby in the car and we then continued to the wedding venue. Weather was horrendous on the day and with a screaming baby and an appointment to get to, did not even consider that you would have to pay an hour's car parking to use public toilet facilities. Must have been in the car park around five minutes - didn't even get out of the car. Received a parking fine ..... followed the appeal process to explain the circumstances and issued with negative response that the fine should be paid. Having read up on the history of this company, can see it is almost pointless trying to take this further. Absolutely outrageous and I am adding to the reams of negative comments about this parking company. Avoid parking if you can help it.

Pulled over into a shell garage in halifax , didn't leave my car , had to sort my CHILDS card seat out , the attendant didn't leave his own car to take a picture , i can be seen still in the car , yet i get a £100 fine.. every review is similar yet this company still robs people? So avoid this company at all costs! Unless you want to get robbed

I received two very intimidating and threatening letters from HX Car Park Management re parking fines. I appealed one as it was only about a 10 minute overstay and paid the other. Unfortunately I paid the wrong one My mistake. I decided to ring the firm as it was impossible to sort out the problem online. What a contrast to the letters! My call was answered promptly and Kayleigh sorted the problem efficiently. She was very helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Unfortunately another shopping center (WIllowbrook Centre, Bristol)that lets its customers, workers and carriers be scammed by a money stealing machine that is in charge of its parking lot. HX Car park management the best expert in extracting your money.
I am not going back to this mall.

Trying to charge my £100 for not paying for parking within 10 minutes! The parking machine only accepted change which this day and age card or phone payment is usually available due to covid. I’ve gone into the shop over the road for money over paid for parking due to no change being given. Few days later £100 fine for not paying with 10 minutes. They’re having a laugh.

Please please please do not give this company the pleasure of parking on their land, I had the worst experience and ended up paying £60 for 1.5 hrs due to the APP not working, phoned them up to explain however, totally had no interest and basically said tuff !!! I wanted to appeal but then reading all the issues people have had decided not to due to the fine going up to £100 if not paid, the government should ban these types of money sharks as they have no customer service skills and need to fine you instead of listening to the issues,DO NOT USE

Can’t give 0 stars - these people are horrendous - I am disabled and parked in the montegue car park in Mexborough. I had no change so attempted to go to the shop directly next to the car park and I fell on the stairs I was helped by a shop assistant and a police officer back to my car which took about 13 mins and my blue badge was clearly displayed - my daughter was close by and arrived to drive me to A&E because I had hurt my shoulder and cut my face - in total my car was parked up for 18 mins. When the fine arrived I appealed and was turned down flat - I’m 56 years old and never had a ticket in my life - shocking heartless people

I am amazed they took £70.99 without completing my booking now I can’t get through to anyone to get my money back.. terrible how they can take my money without confirmation or completion of form!! I expect a full refund ASAP.

Absolutely disgusting people. My 11 week old baby was in hospital a few weeks ago, we quickly flew out to get some food for both me and dad as we hadn’t eaten since the morning and was in for a long night. Not thinking we just parked up and ran in.(our heads clearly not in the mind frame for looking at signs as we didn’t know what was wrong with our baby). We have received a fine. I have appealed, apologising for parking there and the reasons for it that our heads were all over the place. They have rejected in. Clearly no sympathy what so ever. Let’s hope none of their children end up in hospital

Absolutely awful to deal with got fined twice whilst on holiday ! Signage not clear phoned to say I had paid at an old machine said it was phone payments only Wich was a load of crap said nothing about paying by Ringo on sign don't even know what that is should be locked up for theft 120.quid if I pay it straight away

Scammers and I don't know how they sleep at night. I parked at St George's Car park behind Huddersfield station. Was early for train so sat in my car for 20 mins before paying. Then duly paid the £4.00 all day rate. A week later a letter to say I hadn't paid within 15 mins of arrival and a £100 fine. Refused my appeal and said no mitigating circumstances. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This should be no stars! Avoid Mexborough Montague Car Park at all costs or it will cost you £100! Pay for a ticket and the machine incorrectly prints the registration number ( the keypad conveniently sticks!) and then a few days later the fine arrives. They reject appeals even when proof of payment has been sent to them. Scammers!

Montague hx parking paid my parking for 1hr pressed buttons but ticket came out with just jj on it was only in there 20 mins aswell week later fine for 60 pound arrives asked them to look on there records as it would be very unlikely that somebody else would have entered that reg but didn't want to listen just wondering how many this has happened to complete scammers
