J'ai réservé un emplacement de camping pour seulement 4 jours au camping huttopia. était de 200 euros, ce qui est très cher. . . ils essaient de vous faire payer plus en disant que vous avez besoin d'une assurance. 3 semaines avant le camping Ma mère a été admise à l'hôpital au Royaume-Uni. à cause du covid. J'ai dû annuler mon camping avec Huttopia. Je leur ai parlé de la situation... mais ils ont REFUSÉ de rendre AUCUN de mes 200 euros. la dame à qui j'ai écrit était très "froide" et a dit que c'était "MA FAUTE" ils gardent mon argent car je dois annuler 4 semaines avant et je n'ai pas d'assurance ! ils n'ont pas offert de bon ou ne m'ont pas donné la chance de venir une autre fois! ! ! Je suis très en colère contre le traitement que j'ai reçu. et ils ont pris mes 200 euros !!

Staff moved and scratched our car without permission
Staff moved our car, which was parked out of the way in front of our hut, without permission, scratching our bumper! There were no signs that idicated that we couldn't park there, and all other parking was full. They refused to apologize and did not compensate us adequately. One manager said that they would refund us for several nights, but the morning we left, we were only able to get 1 night refunded, after arguing extensively with the assistant manager.
Not enough reserved parking spaces! Inonvenient location if you want to spend a lot of time downtown. Sub-par and overpriced acomodation. Faulty circuit inside gypsy caravan. Had to fix it myself. Dirty balcony, with bird poop all over the place, which hadn't been cleaned in a year or so. Spiders in bathroom. Smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived.
Campsite has potential, but needs a facelift! Very friendly bicycle-rental staff and cozy minimarket.

Lits inconfortables, plancha difficile à nettoyer, chaises inconfortables et équipement à peine suffisant pour 4 personnes...
Nous avions dû prendre une nuit en tente : nos sanitaires étaient très (très) éloignées et nous n'avions pas d'alimentation électrique, et nous n'étions pas prévenus.
Le service après-vente est juste catastrophique et le PDG cautionne d'envoyer paître les clients.
Bref, pour 250€/nuit, Huttopia surfent sur la vague écolo, mais le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas du tout.
A fuir…

Expérience nulle ! Suite au confinement on demande le remboursement du séjour. On nous annonce un avoir alors que l'on souhaite un remboursement. Honteux.

Only credit notes, no refunds, condescending customer service.
We had a really good experience with Huttopia last year. However, their handling of refunds in the Covid-19 situation has been extremely disappointing and really undone any good impression of them we once had.
We once had a great time at Huttopia Watwiller so rebooked this year, but unfortunately when I reached out to them at the start of the pandemic when the borders closed Huttopia refused point blank, their customer service representative mocked me for being worried I wouldn't get a refund. I was right though, despite taking out the Cancellation Insurance in January when we booked we have not been given a refund, and apparently nopt receive one until December 31st 2021.
If you want to book a holiday in the times of pandemics, don't use these guys.
