Ordered an item from them on the 9th April and still have not received it. Checking with them shows the item being inspected by US customs which I have never seen happen. Checked with a separate website with the shipping details they gave me and it showed the origins in China and not the US. This looks like a scam website store.

I ordered four 4FT Travel plugs on October 7th, 2025. I still have not received the order and customer service just tells me since it was handed over to the shipping partner in the U.S. in November they can't track it. They are not offering a refund or even to help track down the package. I do believe at this point that it is a scam and that I will never receive the product or a refund. Lesson learned...

Ordered an electric plug-in travel strip on October 3rd 2025 and NEVER received it or a refund! They are a scam, DO NOT order anything from them!

Still haven't received my product for almost 3 months. When I contacted the company they just keep saying it's on it's way. I do not believe i will ever receive my product at this point and they just stole from me! Do not shop with this company!

Under no circumstance should you give them your money. They will charge you extra, give you the wrong or fake items, and refuse to refund you.

I made a purchase for an electric shaver - but they overcharged the agreed amount.
Then they said they would make a refund for the over charge - but this has never been received.
I then ask to get a full refund, I do not want this item - but this is also proving to be impossible to get them to agree. They keep asking if I accept a $4 refund and then keep the item!
They are one big SCAM company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam from CHINA. I ordered 2 pair of leggings that took 45 days to arrive and not only were they not the same product, they were in different packaging, they were different material and one was without any tags. Ordered and purchased December 8th. Email Complained 4 times. Received pants January 14th. I would love to include photos because I have them.

I got the high waisted butt lifting black leggings and 3 in 1 trimmer. Shipping took too long ordered 12/6/24 received on 1/12/25. leggings don’t match the picture and the quality doesn’t match the price imo

I ordered my shirts Nov 4, 2024 have not received my stuff, the last I looked today it just left United Kingdom thats bull,I want my money back,they debt my account ammediatly they said in would take 7-10 days for delivery its been going on 4 weeks

Don't order from this company!!!!! After 37 days they say our package was delivered, but it was not. They are a scam from China. I dont believe they ship anything. Customer service keeps changing their story about wrong tracking #s in very broken English. Save yourself the aggravation and buy elsewhere.

I ordered 16 days ago. Tried tracking and there’s nothing available. After that amount of time, it should be in the system. There haven’t been any emails with a status update. Trying to find information about delivery is difficult.
