Got what I ordered kept informed, on time and to the door thanks!

I feel like the company should advise the consumer that they will be paying extreme shipping prices! This makes a reasonably priced bra that you would like to try before purchasing several, go from $30-$70!

I love this bra. It is buttery soft and very comfortable. I am a plus size girlie with extra spillage around the back and underarms. This bra is so soft that it doesn't hurt in these areas. But my favorite part is the straps do not slip off of my shoulders. I do not have to constantly adjust the straps on my shoulders. They do not move. I love it and will be buying another bra. I also love the leopard design....so cute!

Took awhile to get but they work really well

I haven't used them yet (I ordered two), but am hopeful they will work well for pressure washing. I dropped to 3 stars because I was overcharged for them; at checkout, it showed $49.99 -- my credit card was charged $64.99. I never appreciate being misled.

Consistent communication about shipping status and the fan works great! I can't wait to use it at work tonight!

It came with a missing piece.

I placed my order in March. The tracking info they gave didn’t work, so I texted their customer support and they responded relatively quickly with a different tracking number and I could follow the shipping process, but it was very slow moving. After several text messages, I finally got notification that my package had been delivered on 6/3, but I did not receive it and I started texting customer service again. They gave me yet another tracking number and told me to call a USPS number for tracking, but that number was not valid either. I went to my local post office, they checked numbers unsuccessfully. I asked for a refund but they have stopped responding to texts now. Buyer beware!

Undecided. Haven't used it yet (just tested it out at home) but it seems awkward in terms of blowing air on my face which is why I got it. I live in Florida so the heat and humidity benefits from having air on your face. Attaching it to a shirt doesn't work as it doesn't hold it up, it sags down. Possibly putting it on a crossbody strap or purse strap "might" help at your shoulder but I haven't tried it yet plus that's not effective either. The biggest disappointment is how long it took to receive. I ordered 2 on May 13 and only received them June 10. Missed multiple opportunities to use it for outdoor activities. While I did get shipping updates, they were vague and I was beginning to think I was taken advantage of. Took 3 customer service emails to find out how and when it would arrive. To be honest, I'm not sure how helpful it will be.

I received the products yesterday. Immediately out of the box one of them did not work and made a high-pitched whining sound when the power button was pushed. I notified the seller and their response was to demand photos of it not working (hard to show a tiny fan not working in a photo), the packaging and a thorough explanation of what was happening. I have sent all of that in and am hopeful that the response is to send me a new fan but I am not hopeful based on the tone of their initial response.

Horrible. I haven't received anything. I emailed the support without any help. I will try contacting them again.

The absolute worst company. Products are complete trash. 1 out of 10 for customer support. They get a 1 because at least they got back to me, but it took 2 months to hear from them after countless emails asking for help. However they did not resolve my issue and I will not EVER order from them again.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! be careful. If you need a return you WILL NOT get it. My product took a month and was such a cheap product. I paid so much for it. These people don’t care to help they just want your money.

Ordered a product in Nov 2024, never received it and can not get a response from the company

If I could give zero stars, I would. What a scam! I placed the order several months ago - one of each - remote control mini excavator, dump truck and forklift. I received two forklifts ONLY. They said everything was delivered and it WAS NOT! So now I’m out $49 for two forklifts only. I should have known better than to order from a foreign country. Also took forever to get them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
