Do not, absolutely do not do ANY business with this company.
This is what happened to me and why I'm telling everyone I can to avoid this business! It's what I've already posted online in several places.
I can now explain my query as Huf Worldwide has chosen to not address what happened to my watch order. On March 10th I purchased and received a confirmation of the model SRPM09 Huf Seiko limited edition watch. I also subsequently received an email stating that I would be notifed when it was shipped. A week later instead of that email I received an email stating the order had been cancelled due to presumed fraud. This decision came wholly from their computer system (their own admission). At no time was I contacted by anyone in any way to verify my information to determine if indeed I was a real customer. I ordered (using my name, a credit card with my name and the identical billing and shipping addresses under my name) received the confirmation (as in they accepted my order and payment method) and the charge appeared on my credit card statement. Suspiciously the cancellation email was sent\received after the watch sold out. Not before when I might have been able to reorder or simply correct their mistake, AFTER. Suspicious. So I get this cancellation email and am confused. My order was confirmed by Huf Worldwide, I didn't cancel it so why was it being cancelled? They admitted in an email their computer system suspected fraud. Their computer. No human ever contacted me in any way to verify me, my identity or that my credit card was indeed mine. Had they I would gladly have given proof and I now would still be getting my watch. Yes they had my information as they sent me those confirmation and cancellation emails as well as my phone number THEY requested if they needed to contact me about my order. Instead I have little likely hood of ever owning this watch. My many emails have mostly gone unanswered and if answered are variations of the system cancelled it due to presumed fraud. As in the computer presumed and no one followed up to verify any of my information. I'm a real person who made a real purchase (that they confirmed) and Huf Worldwide chose to invalidate my purchase on the basis of their computers decision. I'll add too that the customer service phone number listed on their website doesn't get answered. At all, never. I've called it several times only to be immediately hung up on or reach a recording saying to call back later. Even when calling during business hours! In otherwards if you are a customer who needs to talk to Huf Worldwide for any reason don't bother. They will not, and apparently try very hard not to (and succeed) in avoiding interactions with you. I mistakenly thought ordering a Huf Worldwide branded watch from Huf Worldwide would be an easy purchase. Unfortunately in the last few days I've found this to be untrue. After my experience I started reading about many many people who are and have had problems with this brand. Many gave recommendations to not ever deal with this company. Now unfortunately I'm one of these people. Thus this post. I warn you, your family kids etc. NEVER purchase anything from Huf Worldwide. No products ever. Not their streetwear and certainly not watches. Even when you have a confirmed order it may still be cancelled. Not by a human but by a machine. No human will even be aware or seemingly care. Just cancelled. Oh, too. If you do get your order sent pray it's correct. Because if any part of your transaction is incorrect you may never be able to get it fixed. By email or phone. So I'm warning you again to not do business with Huf Worldwide ever. Or do and roll the dice it doesn't get screwed up!
