“ Waitwhile is a smart waitlist…”

Lie from the outset. There is nothing SMART about this company. The website is total garbage. The company name says it all….you’ll be waiting a VERY LONG WHILE and still not get anywhere.

Website is full of bugs and only works IF you are lucky. Recapcha doesn’t work either. Doesn’t respect your time.

WaitWhile is a joke. It is so easy to make a good working registration service now-days, so I was very surprised by full of bags and mistakes miserable WaitWhile service. I was trying to register for Pokecenter (a shop everybody is willing to enter during big Pokemon events), and this service took more than an hour of my time, moreover all the fixes tips for it't multiple errors was posted by users, not by this miserable service itself.

Site does not work. Captchas cannot be solved if they even load at all. This site actively makes its users lose money

Terrible experience using the website. Never ending captchas that cannot be completed. Haven't been able to book tickets after 2 hours.

Awful experience. Trying to use it for the Pokemon Center EUIC in London Excel and i've been on the site for 3 hours.. still cant get through

Their queuing system is useless and doesn't let people make bookings

Clearly bought for reviews (incredibly unnaturally written) since the underlying product doesnt work whatsoever.

The queue system neither shows how long the queue takes, not how slots get allocated. It takes multiple hours to resolve extremely simple queues of 10000 people. Servers constantly break and it defeats the entire purpose of using a system like this. Complete Scam.

Garbage queueing system. Waited 3 hrs only to get removed from the queue. In those 3 hrs recieve no updates in any form about the progress of the wait. Would have at the very minium expected a "you are xx position in queue" but nope, only a hanging screen.. for 3 hours... only to be removed... with absolutely no update.

Awful company, awful website, was trying to book for 6 hours wasted my whole day refreshing the inadequate page

Tried to book a spot at pokemon center in london for over 3 hours using this website but im getting nothing but loading screens, errors and frustration

Unfortunately, Pokémon tried to use Waitwhile for shop bookings at the ExCel for February 2025. It absolutely collapsed under the demand.

Waitwhile is our go-to scheduling platform; it is a very user-friendly platform. I love how easily I can create multiple locations; this works great for the pop-up events we host. Lastly, the team waitwhile team is a pleasure to work with and very open to feedback.

Great software, easy web based applet. Worked for our restaurant during the lockdowns to thin the crowds, as we could text them when theit tables were ready, rather then having them wiat at the store.

We used Waitwhile for two months in the frame of the VR Arles Festival 2019. We welcomed about 40 000 visitors and each of them registered for one of the 18 immersive experiences presented at the festival. We used a rotative screen to indicate the waiting time per experience in the festival's patio. The system proved to be very efficient and easy to use for our staff. Waitwhile's customer service has been very helpful before during and after our event ended. I would highly recommend their app.

WaitWhile is a truly incredible product that more companies should utilize. It allows for line management and will increase customer satisfaction for any service that usually requires a line. I can not recommend it highly enough!

We used this app to coordinate over 700 people moving through a line during the course of a three hour event. The Waitwhile app was very user-friendly and easy to use, customer support was professional and responsive, and the use of Waitwhile made our event a success! The app was intuitive and simple to customize to the needs of our event. One of our favorite features was the simultaneous updates across different devices. We had six different devices in use checking people into our line at the same time, and the updates were instantaneous. This was also helpful in crossing guests off of our list after they had gotten to the front. Because this was instantaneous, guests were always able to see their number in line accurately. Unfortunately, we ran into a few bugs in the software that we had to adjust our process to work around. The Waitwhile customer service team was quick to respond to us and help the best they could as we sought to make the most of this software. Additionally, the app‘s feature of moving guests placement in line after they have been added did not end up working for our purposes, as text message notifications of what place guests were in line did not change based on how we shifted them in line. However, this was a minor issue and did not hinder us from having a successful event. Overall, Waitwhile improved the experience for guests and our team alike and made it possible for families to enjoy other activities instead of wasting their time waiting in a long line. I would recommend Waitwhile to any organization seeking to improve their customers’ experience by preventing long lines.
