Website experience was very poor
Website experience was very poor, unable to create log in, from initial link which was unresponsive. It took 2 phone calls to resolve.
Staff were helpful in resolving log in problem.

The most friendly energy supplier I have used in the last 20 years
The most friendly energy supplier I have used in the last 20 years. I had to contact their customer service just once in a whole year which is fantastic by any standard and I only had 1 minute waiting time. My question was fairly simple and was sorted on the spot
The big plus however of this company is their web platform which is designed with the customer in mind. Not only one can see their billing, meter readings etc but further they can regulate the amount of their monthly payments to suit their individual circumstances! I've never been on the receiving end of such generosity by any other energy supplier
On this occasion I switched to a more competitive rate but given the opportunity I will be certainly coming back

Sadly not the best of experiences
Sadly not the best of experiences, was expecting a smooth changeover from Sainsburys energy to HUB but most disappointing. Was informed by customer services down to website issues that were being worked on, 5 days on same issue continues.

Great Company
Switched over last year from British Gas, they are cheaper, customer service is excellent and i have had no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend Hub Energy to anyone looking go move to a new energy supplier.

No Bill Since I joined this energy supplier
Hi, I am happy with the provider. I joined Gulf Gas and power in Dec 2020 and started direct debit. After 2 months, I got message saying that "Your Direct Debit may be higher than it needs to be". So I reduced the direct debit. I did not get my bill till now from 5 months. I have been chasing the customer care from last 3 months and the answer is we are looking and will send you the bill in few days. But no bill till now. Now the customer care is asking me to increase the direct debit. Can you please check the same.

Your bills were issued yesterday (11/05/21) so you should be able to see these in your online account, and due to this bill release we are now recommending a change to your direct debit amount, as it may not be set at a high enough amount to cover your energy consumption.

Faultless so far
So far, so good with HUB energy. The original enticing offer was good value against other competitors, notably the 'standing charges' for each fuel. The online sign-up was a quick and simple process. The switchover date was surprisingly quick (less than 3 weeks) and the date was met. There have been no problems encountered in the switchover, so there has been no need to make any contact with, or attempt to speak to a 'human being' at HUB. Like with all domestic utility suppliers, should problems ever arise, it's the resolution of such problems and customer relations that would be the yardstick by which to measure customer satisfaction. Faultless so far !

So far so good. Switch completed seamlessly, (Although have yet to receive final settlement from Octopus). Have been kept informed of ongoing progress during the switch. Would recommend.
