Huawei is such a huge company and yet it cannot fix a simple flaw in its Health app and Watch Fit smartwatch. The watch and the Health software both count steps and merge them making the count useless. Apparently this has been a problem for years and is still unresolved at 2 March 2022. Very disappointing!

I have just switch the honor 50 green mobile phone after only using sony xperia mobiles i got to say i am very impressed with it so far the quality of the picture is amazing as thats what i look for in a mobile for taking photos of my cats i have been using my honor 50 for a week and i am very happy impressed with it i was surprized that it came with just a basic silcone case which was great and that i love the colour thats my main thing about phones it has to be ones that are colourful i do not like basic black it is a colour phone that stand out and it draws me to it, Then i noticed that there was a fitness tracker called the honor band 6 coral pink again i have had the fitbit charge 4 for a yr but since using the honor band 6 for 5 days i got to say its far better than the fitbit and the price was fantastic i could not believe the price being £34.99 usually £44.99 i got on the offer price and it arrived next day delivery to which i did not get with my fitbit and as for all the health app upon checking on what it does i was very impressed with as well the funcation on that are far better than the fitbit i could not believe what this honor band 6 can do and also what impressed me even more i did not have to keep using the health app to check things on my honor band 6 i can do that just on the honor band 6 its self unlike the fitbit i could only use the fitbit app to check things out, I will not be going back to using sony xperia phones again i will be upgrading to honor phones from now on and as for the honor band 5 fitness tracker i will be sticking with that also i did read all the reviews on both my honor 50 phone and the honor band 6 i was very impressed on the reviews stating they were fantastic i would recommend these to friends and family will be sticking to honor products i am a very happy customer with my honor 50 phone and my honor band 6 coral pink thank you so much hawei i am a very happy customer with your products and will not got on to any other make of mobile phone or fitness tracker i am sticking to huawei honor products for now on. just thought i would add another good point i found on my honor 50 mobile phone i was taking phones then i noticed that there was a symbol on the camera on the screen and when i clicked on the strange symbol i had not seen before on any previous mobile i have had it was the symbol for QR Code once i had a qr code in front of me i then clicked and it popped up qr code reader after installing those apps on my mobile to find out i had that function already on my mobile phone was a shock at first then i was really happy that my honor 50 mobile phone had qr code scanner was on my phone to which i was very pleased and happy that meant i could get rid of the other apps from my phone as well as freeing up space the symbol looks like the middle of your phone as you take a picture without the circle instead there is a straight line through the middle its situated at the top of the phone when in camera mode there are 5 symbols at the top of the phone on the left hand side if i could i would have attached a picture for you to see the symbol as i am not good at explaining i prefer to show with pictures when i found this by accident i was really impressed and i was so happy to freeing up space on my phone storage so glad to have the qr scanner on my phone not taking up space

3 stars for the customer service.. they spoke to me quite quickly.. they called me me back very quickly.. but that's it. item in question is the huawei mateview 34" ultrawide gaming monitor.. great monitor but only if you use a pc with it.. don't expect this monitor give you more than 60fps if you use a games console such as the PS5 .. no matter what you do it won't give you more than 60FPS.. they have admitted so now but to sell the monitor stating 165HZ is misleading since the PS5 is a gaming console it should have the warning only compatible with PC. i feel robbed by this.. replacing old monitor that could only output 60FPS waste of money. Great looking monitor great soundbar rubbish FPS for a PS5 or possibly the xbox X series, also this information is very important in my opinion.. so anyone interested don't buy this monitor if you want more than 60FPS.. box should say 165HZ is only available with high end PC gaming system.. 60FPS only on PS5 and Xbox models

I ordered MateView Gt 34'' monitor from them. It has an Issue of screen black out for three seconds on different combinations of resolutions and refresh rates. They offered me a Replacement Monitor. As monitor is crucial element of my work I accepted replacement, but when courier came to collect old monitor, he didn't bring the replacement one. When I contacted Support Team, I got a replay, that they never promised that they will do the replacement on the same time when they pick up the device from me. So I need to wait around week, when they get old monitor back to workshop, inspect it, and only after that they will send a replacement one. This is the only company I had such issue with.

I changed rating from 1 to 4, as customer support team was able to deliver replacement monitor within three days after old monitor collection was made.

I ordered a laptop bundle over the Christmas break that included a laptop, earbuds, wireless mouse and GT2 Porsche Design watch. The order was due to be dispatched a week later (due to the Christmas break), but after 2 weeks I had still heard nothing and my order hadn`t been dispatched. I contacted customer service to ask if they could update me on the expected dispatch date and the reason for the delay. I received a prompt reply the next day to say the delay was due to the quantity of orders taken and some orders were delayed, and they could not give me a delivery date due to "products are not taking out of storage yet "(??). When I place my orde,r nothing was showing as out of stock!
I replied to say I was surprised Huawei`s stock control wasn`t better, and I had expected to be contacted sooner if there had been a problem, and could they expand on the statement "products are not taking out of storage yet " as I didn`t know what this meant, also, could they give me more of an indication of whether delay would be days, weeks or months.
I received a prompt reply again the next day, this explained that the item out of stock was the GT2 watch and they did not know when it would be back in stock and as such, they were CANCELLING MY ORDER!!
Now for me this is terrible customer service, they gave me no options to wait and see if the watch came back in stock or to accept the order minus the watch, they just cancelled the order and told me I could re-order without the watch. As this was a Christmas promotion it was no longer available, plus the price of the laptop had increased by £50, but I had been given a £20 (wow) discount code for my inconvenience!?
I did reply to customer services to ask them to reinstate my order and to tell them I was prepared to wait until a time they were sure the watch wouldn`t be back in stock before cancelling, but I received no response to this request, indeed, I never received a straight answer to any of my questions! - truly a shocking customer experience and as such I have no intention of buying Huawei products ever again. I would suggest you take there stock status with a pinch of salt! I only wish I`d read other reviews before placing my order.....

The CEO in the UK should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for running such an immoral organisation.

I ordered a Matebook X Pro on the 8th Dec 2021. Since then I have not received the goods. It has gone way past what would be a reasonable timeframe for delivery under the Consumer Rights Act. I have chased daily for a reasonable solution, a refund or just an explanation of why my money has been effectively stolen, to no avail. I'm at a loss of how to proceed as they clearly don't care for peoples rights, and exercising our rights in the UK doesn't work in reality, particularly when shambolic and Immoral companies like Huawei choose to disregard them.

Horrendous company !!!!! There customer service is just terrible !!!!! I ordered a watch GT3, They said they delivered it, but they did not !!!! I was in all day and I never received it !!!!! They use DPD delivery service,,There also the worst delivery company in the UK !!!!! I ordered another watch GT3 as I never got the first one but I got the second one,, I am still fighting for my money back on the first watch that I did not receive (2 month later I am still fighting for my money back) Huawei customer service are just terrible!!!!!! If anyone has to contact Huawei customer service, then I feel sorry for you,,I must have contacted them 20 times,,,,and they have not got a clue what there doing...... Of course I will never buy from Huawei again,,,maybe I have lost my £230 pound,,, but I will make sure that other people are warned about this company!!!!!! Horrendous is an understatement, please be warned.......

I ordered a laptop, a Monitor and a mouse. They scammed me. Only delivered the laptop and the mouse. It's been a month they have not contacted me or provided me with any solution. All I ask is to either deliver my monitor or refund my money. I have been getting passed on to different departments. Their customer service team is dumb and do not care to resolve issues. I will never buy from them again ever

I have raised several complaints about a so called brand new GT2 Pro watch that I had bought, had caused a chemical rash/burn on my wrist.
To this day I have never heard an answer or than a brush off email saying they will chase it up. Its been over 2 weeks/almost 3, now and still NOTHING.....

HUAWEI sent me a faulty product- I spent over an hour trying to sort out return. They have been extremely unhelpful. I would advice against ordering from their website.

My pshit30pro software fault. They repaired once no make sense which was same. I keep asking them I need unrepairable sheet. They keep lying we will call you back. Its been two days no call back. When I call again the scammer man pick up the phone all the time saying their name as different and lied. So they are only few people but big lying. Just don't use huwaei phone. The technical support useless

My order was delivered to a wrong address and claimed that I received it. I contacted DPD that sent me to Huawei. It's been days. I tried to call, use chat and so far I still didn't get my order... No email confirmation that there is a support ticket raised, no follow up, the agent couldn't even timebox how long it would take them to review my case. Thinking about cancelling the payment.

Update: Asked to get a refund and still no money or item. Made lots of life chats, calls and nothing. I mean it feels like a scam now. Will have to get my money back via bank.

As a limited company is a legal entity in its own right and in this case is the entity which contracted business with your company to purchase these tablets there is no reason for you to invoke GDPR as it is entirely inappropriate as I have been authorized to undertake this business on behalf of my employers.

Bearing in mind the amount of the cashback claim is only £120.00 I am shocked and amazed at the extent Huawei are willing to go to avoid paying out a legitimately and accurately claimed cashback. I feel the only course of action is to post information on websites in the hope of bringing the matter to the attention of someone with intelligence and authority if such can be found.

Bought a Mateview GT Soundbar which had a set of specs defined but offered the option of opting out of the soundbar. I was more interested in the other specs that didn't involve the soundbar, so I choose that.
They sent me the Mateview Standard edition instead.
I tried to return it and order the soundbar edition, but I was essentially ghosted. No returns on this company.

Just like buying something else from aliexpress :). Now I know what to expect.

I am writing this updated review after using MateBook X pro 2020 laptop for around a year from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the battery quality which was very good during the first months of use. Now it is not last more than 3 hr for only browsing and typing and lesser than this for watching videos. I contacted Hawaii and sent my laptop for them twice! they claimed me that they has replaced the battery for me . However the problem is still persists, I contacted them to riase a complaint about this problem and they have kept me on waiting since more than two weeks , claiming they are waiting the repair reports from their repairer. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would not recommend anyone to buy this laptop. Don't waste your money on bad quality products with bad customers services.
