Sue at the Guiseley shop was amazing. My dad struggles with his speech due to a stroke. She waited for him to try and get his words out. Never tried to preempt what he was trying to say.
She was fully aware of his needs with the chair he wanted.
Explained everything to us.
Excellent customer service
Thank you Sue.

Carl/Lee just completed my HSL adjustable bed delivery and installation. Five star service from them both, very courteous and professional. Couldn’t ask for more - well done HSL.

Excellent knowledge about the products and customers requiements by Sue at the Guiseley,Leeds branch.Going to this retailer s like going back in time where vendors actually cared about customers and explained the product wihout being pushy and esuring the customer was100% satisfied with their purchase. Many years ago i worked for a high quality furniture store and this retailer is of the same superior quality.Buying from HSL is the furniture equivalent of buying a made to measure outfit as everything is geared to total customer satisfaction.Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable staff, helpful and friendly. Able to meet my requirements.
Highly recommend able.

Sue greeted us at the door with a big smile and very saying she would help any way she could
we told her we were looking for 2 fireside chairs
without any pressure she showed us the several types and styles explaining the various differences until we finally found the ones to suit our needs. she made it a stress free and very pleasant experience. She should commended

Polly at the Guiseley store was lovely, very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. She assessed our needs, demonstrated options and helped us to choose the right recliner sofa for us. We are happy with our choice and are are looking forward to receiving our new sofa in about 6 weeks time which is very quick for a bespoke item. We are very satisfied with our experience and HSL will be our first choice for specialised quality furniture in the future.

great service in delivery of new bed, thank you carl and lee for excellent service and courtesy today.

Sue greeted me at the door took me to appropriate seating. Listened carefully and then advised about my needs. She left me to consider options and try out chair mechanisms, with Tea and Biscuits. Manager Richard also came to help and desk with paperwork. Bought chair & awaiting delivery. Both Sue and Richard wonderful.

Salesman Richard made us welcome at the shop and took the time to help us find a suitable chair, he didn't rush and wasn't pushy. The chair itself is fabulous and the delivery guys brought it within a few days and set it up and demonstrated its capabilities. very pleased with the End to End journey

The lady in the shop was lovely - professional, calm, answered every question and aimed at being informative, helpful and kind, rather than aggressive seller. She followed up on all her promised calls, correspondence and I have every confidence that if we had any issues and I contacted her she would move heaven and earth to help me. The lads who just delivered our chair went the extra mile to carry it up a difficult lane and were smiley, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I don't mind paying for excellence like this. Well done everyone! And thank you.

They were very polite and performed efficiently when delivering my chair.

The sales assistant Polly made everything so good patient nothing too much trouble and especially no pressure to buy.

HSL have been perfect from start to finish. From the home visit, through ordering and delivery. A firm that obviously cares about its customers and their needs. Have now got the perfect Rise and Recline chair for my husband. Thanks HSL

Excellent range of beds, a good explanation of features and a clear guidance on use ability.

Richard was very attentive without being overbearing a really easy positive experience...the disabled access to toilet perfect even had hand cream...we look forward to receiving Susan's chair...many thanks

Pauline at Guiseley (Leeds) was very patient & understanding with an elderly relative and her needs. Had also spoken with a couple of lovely reps at the Ideal Home Show who showed us various models and pointed us to our local showroom. Small showroom compared to the big outlets in retails parks, but lots of models to look at as well as material samples and finish (castors).
