HSL Chairs - Glasgow Recenzje 

We visited HSL Chairs Glasgow showroom in early January, we were looking to replace 2 swivel recliner chairs that were getting past their best. We were warmly greeted by Daniel who showed us the chairs that we had seen on the HSL website. It was quickly apparent that this type of chair wouldn’t be the best replacement for us, mainly because they, like our current chairs, were too low & it was becoming more difficult to stand up from them.

Daniel suggested we look at “fireside” chairs which I wasn’t too keen on until I sat in one! Daniel carried out a chair fitting evaluation, advising us on the correct size of chair for comfort & posture while one of his colleagues brought us a proper tray of tea in bone china mugs & some very nice Borders biscuits.

There was no rush, no hard sell and every question we asked was honestly and fully answered.

We ordered 2 fireside chairs, 1 standard chair & 1 grande chair in Opulence Blue with button backs and head cushions. Delivery would be 6 - 8 weeks.

The chairs were delivered this morning by a 3 man team who kindly moved our old swivel recliner chairs to the garage. The 3 men were very respectful of our home and all had a great sense of humour, especially Paddy the charge hand who with his work ethic, should be running the country!

The chairs have exceeded our expectations, the colour of the fabric is superb as is the comfort of the chairs.

My wife and I visited the Glasgow branch on Tuesday. We were extremely impressed with the beautiful showroom and standard and quality of the furniture. Mimi was absolutely amazing, so patient and explained everything to us. Would highly recommend this company as you won't be disappointed.

We were welcomed to the store by Natasha, we instantly felt her warmth and kindness. Natasha took time to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for to meet my brothers needs. She was extremely patient as we took time to try out different chairs, and was very knowledgeable about the different products. The entire experience felt like a visit to a friend's home, rather than a shopping trip. It was very apparent she loves her job and truly cares for her customers. I could not recommend a visit to her Glasgow store more highly.

I took my elderly father to the Glasgow store on Friday to look for a chair. We were served by Charlie who was so knowledgeable and helpful and my dad was well looked after. Turns out it was Charlie's first week - we would never have guessed. Dad bought a chair and was thrilled.

Due to mobility problems my wife and I required a home visit which was arranged by HSL.An appointment was duly made with no trouble resulting in an excellent visit by a most helpful and knowledgeable salesman Daniel. Top marks to HSL.

We were in Glasgow Showroom today, looking for a chair, Marlene sales person was so nice, nothing was too much trouble for her. We did get a chair, very friendly showroom, nicely set out.This is not the first time we have dealt with HSL and never had any problems.

The staff were warm, welcoming and completely professional. I knew what I wanted and they assessed my needs quickly and efficiently, gave excellent advice and the process was completed to my complete satisfaction.

Yesterday, Marlene was on hand to offer advice and show samples etc. Excellent, friendly service and I am delighted with my purchases. Coffee and biscuits thrown in and also a gift of a tin of tea and biscuits.

Daniel in Glasgow store was very helpful and understanding from the word go he left me in no doubt what I wanted and then I decided to shop around. I came Back to see Daniel and within an hour I bought a different chair and sign & sealed
Daniel was a perfect gentleman told us everything we needed to know answered all the question we asked over and above nothing was to much trouble for him. He was a pleasure to deal with. Visited HSL in Glasgow today, my sons and our dog 🐕, made very welcome by Mimi and her colleagues. Hot drinks for us and water offered for Fred. All staff very friendly and informative. Purchased a lovely chair and looking forward to its delivery in a few weeks. Many many thanks 😊 Janet F

Went in today as hubby needed a new recliner chair. Marlene was very helpful and we selected a stressless recliner. We got a great deal and I would recommend HSL . Looking forward to delivery in 10-12 weeks.

The sales member Daniel O’Neill was very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful. I look forward to receiving my chair in due course.

Daniel was so easy to talk to, he explained clearly the model I was interested in, the variations, the fabrics and extras, and answered all my questions. He was also clear on the prices and delivery. A very pleasant experience.

My husband and I were greeted by Danny. He was great at encouraging us to describe our needs and showing us the types of chairs suitable to meet them. He had us try different sizes and explained why they suited each of us. Marlene took over when Danny had to leave. She helped us choose fabric etc and complete the transaction. The staff overall were great, friendly and put us at ease. A very pleasant shopping trip.

Today we received our delivery from H S L. We are delighted with our chairs. They are exactly like we expected them to be. The delivery went smoothly and we knew exactly when it was coming. Special mention to Marlene in the Glasgow store for being so helpful. We took a long time to decide what we wanted and she was very patient. The tea and biscuits were an added bonus. I would recommend H S L to other people.

Visited Glasgow branch on22 August and was very pleased to be seen by Natasha who treated my wife and I like royalty.
No high pressure sales talk,just good honest advice and help.
After trying a few different recliners and relaxing with tea and biscuits which she made for us we decided to order an Opal Stressless recliner.
From ordering to delivery7th November everything went like clockwork and she kept us posted throughout .
