Excellent experience in the store

The store is designed for ease of access for mobility issues and the staff are knowledgeable and offer every assistance without trying to guide you towards the most expensive items. Bought an Ascot chair and matching sofa.

After visiting the HSL showroom at Knightscliffe Retail Park Glasgow Daniel the sales person was great at showing us the chairs and making Shure we purchased the right chairs for my wife and myself and advice on a settee nothing was any problem for him no pressure to buy he was polite and well mannered a good service all round

Great company. The only one I found that does all styles in three sizes. We purchased 2 petite chairs in our choice of fabric which will be built for us.

A fantastic experience with HSL Glasgow. We phoned up and the next day had an appointment arranged where Daniel and Russell came out to talk through the options available. They were attentive and very helpful with regards to my Mum’s needs. A truly wonderful service which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended to friends and family. Thank you.

From going into store, choosing chair, material etc. I never felt I was being pushed into a sale. My new chair was delivered on time by two very nice and helpful workers. I was also kept in touch by telephone on several occasions as promised. Overall I would recommend anyone looking for a chair suited to their needs to give HSL a visit.

Recently I bought an riser/recliner…
Recently I bought an riser/recliner chair from HSL. The staff, couldn't have been more helpful, particularly Daniel and Russell who put me at my ease while advising me on colour matches etc in my room. I never felt compelled or rushed at any point into making decisions. I've now got the chair and wish I had bought it years ago as it's exactly what I needed. The delivery staff kept in touch with me regularly to enable me to know when they would arrive with the chair, then placing it exactly where I wanted it
