So glad I had my ven̈t system serviced by HRV. It was easy to book and the engineer was efficient and took the time to answer my questions. I can already notice an improvement in the air in my flat.

From my first contact with Yasmine to Jove our engineer, all extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Quick to arrange appointment and provided regular appointment reminders. Jove not only provided comprehensive answers to our questions but more importantly, volunteered useful information about our system and recommended all necessary follow-up action. Have used HRV Group for several years to service my MHRV unit. Very easy to book, schedule a slot and the engineers are always professional, on time and very helpful. Would recommend.

For any repairs related to Vent-Axia products, I would encourage you to steer clear of this company. Instead approach the manufacturer directly for repairs/replacements.

HRV quoted us £139 on their website (albeit we got the model number incorrect) for a service + inspection. When the engineer arrived, he realised that not only our motor but also our PCB board would need changing. The new quotation sky rocketed to £890 and we didn't get any servicing done. HRV reluctantly returned £50 back claiming VAT can't be refunded and were quite rude over the phone.

Vent-Axia did the whole job at £450 including servicing and 1 years guarantee.

Avoid this company - only looking to make a quick buck of honest customers

The gentleman who came to service my unit was very professional, explained fully to me how he was servicing it and was very polite. I had a few queries which he answered and explained. All the ceiling units were cleaned and the air exchangers measured, new filters were put in as well

Excellent professional service the engineer provided, I would highly recommend this company. He went over and above my expectations. I don't believe my Vents was ever serviced as good as this.

Engineer arrived on time. Removed shoes as soon as he entered the house. Carried out service, cleaned vents and made adjustments to unit as necessary.

I reached out to HRV Group for an urgent MVHR service as it was requested as part of our sale of our property, so time was of the essance. I called up the office and Yasmine Leila Abderrahmani was nothing short of amazing. She helped me get a booking in a matter of days, professional and helpful at every stage.

On the day of the service, Jack Harding was our engineer. He was super friendly, technically great, and explained everything to us in a easy to understand way.
