Engineer arrived within allotted time, was polite, friendly and efficient. Spent just under an hour servicing unit, ducts and changing filters. Explained everything and left taking all rubbish.

Efficient and helpful. gave me advice re internal condensation and trickle vents (supply) as well as extraction.

So, I'm so pleased with the outcome! I was given advice that it may stop working as it's an old system and may need replacing but so far, so good!

The annual service of my Heat Recovery System went like clockwork. Larry turned up early which I appreciated and conducted the service thoroughly and promptly. I will use them again every time.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable engineer called Daniel. Friendly and offered advice.

HRV took time and care to ensure our Vent-Axia Sentinel MVHR is in good shape. Despite changing the filters ourselves between services, it still gets surprisingly grubby inside. Daniel from HRV made sure it was all clean and wholesome. He also cleaned all the outlets and checked the flow rates.
