This is a fake and fraud company it’s been long time I keep sending email to stop my subscription and stop taking my money but they still taking my money every month

This is half scam. Be aware. I chose enhanced DBS check and paid around £90. However, basic DBS check certificate was delivered. Be aware.

It's one of those middle-man companies that just charge you extra for something you can get on GOV.UK for the original lower price. They come up first on Google search results which is why people are fooled into using them rather than going to GOV.UK initially. Basically a scam that takes advantage of people's vulnerability and naivety if they are not particuarly internet savvy. My opinion is that it's very sad what they are doing. Shame on these people for operating this way and for profiting from vulnerable and trusting people. You need to be a certain type of Soulness Individual to run a business like this.

THEY SCAM PEOPLE AND DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. THEY ARE LISTED IN THE UK OFFICIAL SITE, BUT THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE.

For taking immediately action on my request, when l applied for my Enhanced DBS.

Good service but quite expensive. I cannot complain because the service is good. Prompt, the person behind the contact email responds politely.

I had a prompt reply with my DSB certificate which I was happy with as I am a carer for the elderly. I come to the UK for 4 to 6 months a year. The only problem I had was a monthly fee of £6.99 p/month. I did email them and queried it and found I did not read the terms carefully enough. I said I only worked for 1 company so why do I need to pay a monthly fee. They did come back to me promptly and stopped my subscription.

The firm indicated that I would be applying for a full disclosure DBS check, I already had a basic DBS check 2 months before which cost £21 , I thought I was on the government site apparently not , this form charged me £109 I had to upload my passport and driving licence so thought this must be the full disclosure DBS , apparently NOT I paid for this firm to get me a basic DBS check again , apparently you cannot get a full disclosure DBS certificate if you are an individual, found this out after I didn't hear for 2 days and I paid for this service to be done in 24 hrs cost me £15 , what a scam
