How to Carnivore exceeded expectations
The classroom information and the immediate support in the thread from Dr. Chafee and Simon is not just thorough but very encouraging. The ethos within the community is upbeat, intellectually rigorous and very nurturing. Just what I was hopeful for and happy to receive.
I like how you’re required to title and categorize your questions so information is organised under topics for easy access and review.

$150 for a zoom call
There’s nothing inherently wrong with the program, but $150 is a heck of a lot of money for what amounts to a community message group (which is free on Facebook) and a weekly zoom call.

As part of the Carnivore Challenge you get a weekly live Q&A with Dr. Chaffee where you can ask him questions and share an update on how you're going. This alone offers huge value. Plus you get access to a private community where Dr. Chaffee and I respond to questions and offer support plus an entire library of curated carnivore content all ad-free. NO PLANTS!
I did not find the daily emails helpful and in fact found them distracting since many of them swayed away from what Dr. Chaffee teaches: NO PLANTS! I believe NO PLANTS is the very key to carnivore - as does Dr. Chaffee. Plants are poison. Period. I am in 100% agreement. Also, I would recommend that Dr. Chaffee be careful who he interviews, or at least interview them first before going online. Several interviews I have heard were with people who do not strictly believe what Dr. Chaffee believes. NO PLANTS! That's the whole substance of Dr. Chaffee's philosophy and success. NO PLANTS.

Hi Timothy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The program is strict carnivore - meat, salt and water with no plants. Sometimes Dr. Chaffee interviews people who are meat-based but choose to have some plants and I think that's totally ok. If you look at the work of Weston A. Price the native cultures he visited were meat-based but they had some plants where available, and we can certainly learn a lot from his studies. I'm sorry you have the challenge 1 star and I wish you all the best. Simon.
A very well thought out and carefully curated program
I've joined several of these different types of groups over time. For this one I loved both the depth of knowledge, and also the calm delivery. Both Dr Chaffee and Simon Lewis were calm, approachable and informative and the program was world class. If you like a very measured program where you get an excellent balance of support and information, this is definitely the right program for you.

To be fair the reason it is a 3 is more that I could not seem to connect with the app very well and my schedule conflicted with every live event to ask questions so that made it difficult. I may try to sign up again, Dr. Chaffee is the primary reason I have changed to carnivore - his research and down to earth presentation style has really allowed me to get educated. But I did not feel I got the total support I needed due to what I said above which predominantly replied on me.
