The platform made the entire process of my Air BnB stay so smooth and effortless

Excellent house. Spotless. Very warm. Everything we needed and more.

The House was exactly Like advertised, very good equipped and in a good Location.

Good communication in general. Clear information about check in / Check out. Slight hassle with repeated automated messages that were not correct based on my specific query. Resolved after a phone call.

It was a great experience specially location which give me access to metro and dubai mall easily , the cleanliness of the place and the privacy .

The whole experience from booking to check out was very smooth and straight forward. Lovely property, clear instructions with friendly, quick and professional communication.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.

We listed our house with Houst and it was a nightmare from start to finish. They repeatedly added unexplained charges such as “guest inspection fees”, yet were unable to tell us what incident had occurred or what the fee related to. When challenged, they justified this by saying they operate on small margins and therefore need to add additional charges. Resolving issues like this took hours of back-and-forth and was unnecessarily exhausting. They also seemed to make invoicing purposefully confusing to help hide these hidden fees.

When we eventually ended our contract, we faced similar problems trying to recover our deposit (why a deposit is required at all is unclear), obtain a refund for a cleaning fee we were double-charged for, and get our keys returned. Requests were repeatedly ignored, with excuses such as the keys being “located” following an office move.

We were then told they no longer had the keys because a guest had lost them and that Houst was not responsible. This was never communicated to us at the time and raises serious concerns, as it would imply the property was being managed without a spare set of keys. At best this is negligent; at worst, dishonest.

It ultimately required issuing a formal letter before action and threatening legal proceedings before Houst returned the money owed and paid for our locks to be changed.

This review only scratches the surface of the unprofessionalism, negligence, and lack of trust we experienced. The fact that Houst actively encourages guests to leave Trustpilot reviews, seemingly to dilute negative reviews from landlords, only reinforces how questionable their practices are.

Avoid at all costs.

Houst have looked after my flat for many years now. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, commitment to prompt communication and responsiveness, attention to detail and excellent client care.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Même si les hôtes n’étaient pas sur place, nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés tout au long du séjour. La communication était claire, réactive et rassurante. Le logement était propre et vraiment très proche du métro, ce qui est un vrai plus. Une expérience très agréable, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This they have been doing for many years.
When ever I have had any concern they have been super responsive to resolve any matters to my complete satisfaction.
They are a very professional and conscientious team. Highly reccomended.
