I have used HT twice now and both times the property has been exceptional both in position and quality. Both hosts were very friendly and helpful and kind and the booking process was easy and straight forward and I got what I was expecting for the price I was expecting. All in all two very good experiences and would recommend HT to anyone.

Using Housetrip was easy and done quite well. I would use this again especially booking accommodations in Europe while residing in the USA.

I'd never heard of HouseTrip before until searching for somewhere to stay in Lisbon. The whole process was really straightforward, from searching the site, adding apartments to my wishlist, paying and contacting the apartment owner. Importantly it felt safe to do.

I'll definitely use it again.

Perfect, perfect! We felt very much at home. We booked the flat well ahead; the communication with the proprietor was just great, we received a lot of advices. The apartment is clean and very typical. It was spacious, stylish (a lot of books, CDs - wow); everything was ready for us, kitchen was fully equipped (even mocca machine for coffee), the beds are fine for staying over a couple of nights. We received the wine and sweets just after arrival - awesome surprise!
The location of the flat is great, metro only 1 minute walking; Sacre Coeur Basilica just 10 mins walking from the flat (we've been there 3 time during our stay :-) as the view is just amazing; nightlife at the weekend is also a moment for experience)! There are lovely cafés, restaurants around (La Timbala is must visit!) and shops very accessible. I can highly recommend this place for the reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend the HouseTrip!! The offered service was quick and worthy.

I had an excellent experience with my 2 bookings. Everything went smoothly and a follow-up e-mail 1 day after check-in to ensure everything was fine is a nice touch.

Booked an apartment for my family ,pictures don't show the realty ...bad graffitied ,dangerous neighborhood .The place stank..smelled of gas leaks
Do not be conned by their guarantee policy , house trip always find a loophole .
In our case the company even lied saying we did not provide feedback .

We found this apt very well equipped with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Good position. The little confusion we had on arrival was quickly sorted. Would highly recommend it.

The discription that was laid out on House trip was exactly what we saw when we got to our accommodation in Amsterdam. The host was very helpful , where the site was and what the ammenities in the studio also matched what was stated on the site. A very satisfied customer.
