House trip web site was easy to navigate, the booking process clear, but more importantly was the support in the run up to my trip. I was able to communicate with the owner priori to the trip and on the day of arrival, his responses were always speedy. House trip app made the process of arrival, messaging very smooth. An uncomplicated app with appropriate sections for booking, and further information. Highly recommended.

Booking with Housetrip was easy and their practice of not handing over the money to the host until 24 hours after arrival is good. We were happy with the process and the accommodation.

It was the first time I have booked through Housetrip. I would honestly say that the help in booking our accommodation was straight forward & very efficient.
I like the fact that the total amount is not payable to the host until after arrival - 24 hrs.
This gives guests a chance to sort out any potential problems. All great.

I found the time difference between Australia and London somewhat inconvenient at time and a few things were lost in translation and communication. Apart from that, everything worked out in the end, I was happy with the service.

While (through my own lack of computer skills?) there were a few blips during the process your staff were very helpful when I had to resort to the telephone. And you maintained reassuring communication throughout. So no hesitation in using your agency again.

Housetrip is an excellent organization to book accommodation. Even when problems occurred with trying to make final payment for a booking online it was easy to sort out over the phone.
Really like the new idea of paying a 20% deposit as one can book well in advance paying the remaining monies a couple of weeks before arrival.

We have had no problems using this website and would recommend it.

This was my first experience with HouseTrip and I'm very pleased with how smooth and easy it was and what a gorgeous place we found. It was definitely one of my best vacations.

Our first visit with House Trip and we have already booked another. This is a very professional set up with the cast iron assurance that they only pay the owners 2 days after your arrival. Time to sort out any problem and a very reassuring system.

Booking is easy and all properties and well described with plenty of photos.

They also have various levels of cancellation with most properties opting for a free cancellation up to 1 month before travel.

House Trip will be my first choice from now on....well done to all the team.

I could not get in touch with the host several days before my trip. The HouseTrip support team contacted the host and assured me that the apartment is ready for us to move in.
The HiuseTrip web site though, does not show (or I could not find) the phone number for customer support. The phone app does.

Booking holiday apartments through House Trip is easy peasy. Also, you have peace of mind that the apartment actually DOES exist and that you will not find it's all been some elaborate hoax and you are left stranded. If you are not happy with the apartment, then you can contact House Trip and they will withold payment until your queries have been sorted out. I would recommend this site for booking holiday apartments to anyone.
