I am trying to get a return address…

I am trying to get a return address from this company and there is no place in the Service@hotopmall that I kind find it. The dress I ordered is too big and long for me. My order #is OTOL16222 for Stephanie Brobeil. This was not a good experience, It says there is 30 day refund period but how can I return it without an address!!~!

Bathing suit

I bought a large swimsuit the bottom fits perfectly but the top is to small I would like to return it snd get a XL top , but they said no they said I can give you 20 percent off of something else on our page they said keep it and give it to someone for as a gift 😳very dissatisfied will not buy from them anymore

Scammed by this company

Update. Told to contact customer services. Which id already done to be told the package was thoroughly checked before it got sent. So still missing the brushes even without the imitation pallet problem.

Scammed by this company. Interestingly, when I searched trust pilot a few days ago there was a ton of 1 star reviews by people who had been scammed in the same way but they’ve now disappeared!

Led believe I was ordering a Laura Geller pallet and two brushes. Received some cheap imitation and no brushes …for £30!!

All about the ends

just popped it out and the bottom strands aren’t frizzy at all straight from the bag which surprised me because the last one i got elsewhere looked fuzzy instantly. haven’t even trimmed it yet but the way the tips fall is what i noticed first.
