Shipping time was good. Product packaging is adorable and I absolutely LOVE my shoes. I have three pairs of their shoes, I have sandals, Mary Jane pumps and flats. All really cute and the flats are insanely comfy.

Very reliable and excellent quality

Was so easy to order. I would perhaps have gotten a bigger size had there been better information that they can be a bit snug but they are otherwise perfect!

Love my shoes
Love my shoes! They go really well with my new bag. My only complaint is that I wanted them in half sizes but they weren’t available. They are a tiny bit snug but hoping to break them in soon.

So upset that you stopped carrying my size!
I love Hot Chocolate design, but I am so frustrated by you dropping the upper sizes. I'm a women's 13 and have bought more than 20 pairs of shoes. I picked up this pair as one of the last available in my size. There are so many great pairs in sizes I can't wear. As a loyal customer, this has been a huge kick in the teeth. I used to constantly suggest Chocolaticas to everyone as I got constant compliments on my shoes. Now all I can talk about is how they failed me as a customer.

I love my shoes
I love my shoes, they fit well. I was ecstatic that they came with extra heel caps. I was very disappointed that one of the charms fell off of the shoe clip. Thankfully I was able to glue it back on, but I haven't even wore the shoes for more than 5 minutes, nothing should have fallen off.

The shoes look great.
The shoes look great. I love the look. The shoes are true to size. I do wish the shoes had more substance in the dial. It’s almost like walking barefoot. The delivery was very fast. The quality is really top of the line.

The shoes are comfortable, easy to wear, washable,unique and make people smile when they see them,I even had 3 teenagers run after me to tell me I had put on different shoes, I laughed and explained they were a pair, they said omg that’s so cool 😁 and grinned, I’ve got quite a few pairs but always ready for more 😍
