I love these shoes
I love these shoes. The designs are so unique and fun. I got the Evermore heels because I love purple and Halloween. I did try them on and they fit nicely but I won’t be wearing them regularly until maybe September. Keep doing what you do. I look forward to ordering more.

Ive wanted a pair for years but just quit treating myself to nice things when I had my daughter, so when I finally got them and they actually fit and stand up to the hype about being in your feet all day in them I was more than pleased and now I want another pair.

Gift purchase. So cute Returned for fit but great customer service
I recently purchased shoes for a gift. Delivery was good and CUTE packaging. Product although exactly what I ordered ended up not being a good fit for my mom.
The return process was fairly easy and fast. One email. Simple. Good company to buy from and will be making future purchases.

Do not order internationally
I ordered from Mexico, and my package experienced significant customs clearance delays. The issue arose because the order was initially sent to a customs facility that is not authorized to clear footwear. To resolve this, I had to authorize a transfer to a certified customs port, which incurred additional shipping costs.
When the delay first occurred, I contacted Hot Chocolate's international customer support. They assured me this was completely normal and that my package would still arrive on time. That was far from true. I placed my order on July 4th, and it remains stuck in clearance delay at the original customs location.
I strongly advise against making international purchases from them, especially if you are in Mexico. Given that they sell footwear exclusively, it is unbelievable that they didn't know which customs entry to use. Now I'm left facing major delays and unexpected fees just to route the shipment to the correct facility.

Thank you for sharing this, and we're truly sorry for the frustration and delay with your order.
To be transparent: footwear shipments into Mexico must clear through customs facilities specifically certified to process footwear, and the carrier — not Hot Chocolate Design — determines which port an international package is initially routed to. This is a known complexity of Mexican customs for footwear specifically, and unfortunately it's not something we can control on a per-order basis.
What we can and should have done better is give you accurate information the first time you reached out. Telling you the delay was "completely normal" and that your package would arrive on time was wrong, and we're sorry for that. We're addressing this internally with our support team so it doesn't happen again.
We'd like to make this right. If you haven't already, please email us directly at international@hotchocolatedesign.com with your order number, and we'll review the additional transfer costs you had to cover and work out a fair resolution, including reimbursement where appropriate.
Thank you for your patience, and for giving us the opportunity to fix this.

Cute design, quality could be better for the price
The ease of navigating your website was great. The shoes themselves are adorable and fit well; wish there was a little more arch support for the price. Box was damaged upon arrival but product was intact. Thank you!
