Awful and Traumatic experience
I saw that this dentist received good reviews online and on google, hence, sent my mother for treatment. They failed a root canal treatment (sodium hypochlorite extrusion) and then buried all evidence and told us it's an allergy. Her face swelled up to double its size and they started prescribing allergy tablets for no reason as the issue isn't an allergy related issue. They then prescribed amoxicillin after I pressed for answers because she had liquid oozing out of two new holes in her mouth. I then asked for answers and they operated on her to rectify the situation. They did not facilitate any correct treatment until we threatened with a court case. They then forced my illiterate mother to sign a few forms and operated on her without conveying a given diagnosis. I would highly recommend staying away from their dodgy practices. The dental practice looks good on the outside but is corrupt on the inside.
