Had a fantastic experience selling my property with Zoe at Hortons. From the initial meeting, taking amazing photos and to being so supportive throughout the whole process. Selling a house on your own at a young age can be daunting. Zoe made the process much easier and offered me support whenever I needed it. She would check in daily and always be there if I ever got overwhelmed/stressed. The process would have been so much harder if it wasn’t for her, and her constant reassurance. I cannot thank her enough. Definitely recommended & will be using her in the future!

Zoe was fantastic throughout the whole process! She made it very simple & straight forward to get our house on the market. She was extremely quick to respond to all of our viewings & our house was sold STC within 1 week. We wouldn’t go anywhere else as Zoe is just the best!!

Chris has been really excellent right from the beginning of our sale-journey , advising us on how to pitch our sale, highlighting sales features, guiding our pricing strategy, marketing our property and producing an informative friendly video for potential buyers to view. Zoe was absolutely fantastic right from the start. Her knowledge, skills and commitment are amazing.
She offered a number of options for photographs. We opted with the professional ones which were excellent for a modest cost and really made the difference in showcasing our home.
Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe. She handled the majority of viewings and was always prompt at providing feedback and replying to messages.
Zoe is extremely proactive in chasing the chain and I’m sure her perseverance made the difference in ensuring that it progressed to the planned timeline.
Zoe was professional, friendly and great at communication throughout.
Zoe made the whole experience more manageable and she’s the only agent we’d want to use in the future.

Eliot made selling our house the easiest process at a difficult time. On multiple occasions he went above and beyond his duties and kept me informed at all times of where we were in the process. He was always polite, honest and thoughtful.

I had the pleasure of buying a house listed by Hortons and I couldn't be happier. James, Emily and Zoe went out of their way to make the process as seamless as possible and I'm really grateful for all their assistance. In the past I had quite a few negative experiences with estate agents so I was relieved that we got to work with a great one this time around.

While I'm not planning to move house again in the next 20 years, I'll definitely recommend Hortons to my friends and family when it comes to buying/renting a house.

I have moved many times and Natalie is the most professional agent I have encountered but still maintained a very personal touch.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. We were first time buyers and found it very confusing and daunting, she helped every step of the way. She explained and made very confident in what we needed to do. (She spoke to us more than our solicitors). She kept us well Informed, in fact at times I felt that she could read our minds, as when I was trying to find out info from our solicitors her name would pop up on my phone with all the info we required.
She is a such a lovely women, very easy to speak to and would 200% recommend her to anyone.
When we come to sell in the future we will definitely wanting to sell with her.
