Quick ship on my Crow and Carrie pop figures!

The first order everything went great. I received my items and I was happy. My second order was a nightmare. A horror. HorrorMerch.com sent me two ratty Koozies out of an order $92.75 USD after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. ORDER DELIVERED! not really. HorrorMerch.com still hasn't fulfilled the remainder of my order even after sending me emails stating the same items are "Back in stock NOW!" I wish I had read these reviews. I wish I had read the store policy. If and when I get my stuff I will rush to modify this review, but I think I will see the same lame reply the rest are getting. I feel sorry for you HorrorMerch.com. You could make so many people happy with the stuff you offer. I don't get it. Hopefully someone with some business sense will fill the niche elsewhere. You have a chance to make it right with me... or not. I have a certain set of skills. Do the right thing and send the remainder of my stuff please and thank you. You really could use some positive reviews. Edit: Your response is a complete lie. I never received my the rest of my order and you still owe me. You are a crook. A thief. A cheat. a Liar. so.... game on then. Edit: You shipped me two items out of seven. You shipped two koozies and not any of the more expensive tumblers. You tried to submit a false claim because you had a tracking number, not realizing I would do a video opening the envelope you shipped with the two cheapest items. I had to re-submit my case and I did get a temporary credit, but not for the full amount. You should be ashamed but you have no empathy or conscience. Karma will find you. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please the flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction.

Not very honest. Sent some 2nd rate dirty stuff, old warehouse stock or samples maybe. Absolute Horror customer service. Awful

Order was never shipped, emails go unread and then I'm threatened directly when i leave a bad review. Dishonest and stole hundreds of dollars from me. I've tried to reach out multiple times and unless i leave a bad review i don't get a response. All that qas done was I was given a store credit for items that yet again were never shipped. Someone needs to look into this site and get them shutdown. Disgrace to horror fans.

Made an order for the Terrifier funko pops back in the beginning of August because they had just drop Pre orders on July and they were supposed to ship around September/ October as stated on their instagram post and website. One funko pop arrived around September but still haven’t received my other two which were made on the same order and it is now November. Tried contacting them and they aren't the best with responding due to their automatic reply's . Which is super frustrating when you just want an update about an order.

I ordered my Jigsaw shirt on Sept 27th (I was very excited for it), now it's Oct 31st and still haven't received my shirt or any delivery information. It just says status unfilled. I will never order from this company again. I wish they would just give me a refund and be done with this.

UPDATE: (11/27/24) Now it has been 2 months and still no shirt or refund. This is ridiculous. Don't order from here, they will take your money, not give it back, and/or give you the shirt

I placed an order Oct 15th. It’s now 28th and I have not received an update on my order. I emailed them & as others mentioned on here I received an auto reply about the merch with no updates. However they are quick to charge you.

I ordered 3 pops in June. I got 1 in August. But the other two were cancelled in October! Then I dont get refunded the shipping for the other two that weren't even shipped. Shipping for 1 figures to my address is $6. This site is a total rip off and a scam. Good luck if you do order. And as you can see below from the reply, they don't even read the message or emails. I did NOT GET A FULL REFUND AS THE SHIPPING CHARGES OF 8 DOLLARS WAS NOT REFUNDED. DID IT GET SHIPPED? WHAT DID U DO WITH SHIPPING COST OF THE CANCELLED ITEMS DIDNT SHIP.
Shipping cost $6 from ur site. U charged me $14 for shipping because of other items that never shipped. Had i bought the 1 I would have paid 6 dollars.
Still unresolved. Worst company ever. They don't even read the reviews and reply with generic replies.

Here’s what these POS do ! You leave a complaint and then they falsify a reply. Stating either you don’t have an order with them or some weird terms of service. If you wanna lose your money, trust me then order something from their site and you’ll see what happens. It’s amazing to me that these people are still able to function though, I’m pretty sure not for much longer. Stay away I’m sure they’re gonna reply to this message with we don’t have your name or we sent your order or some terms of service BS watch. Look below this message with their response, bunch of losers. By the way Horrormech.com is a shell company for Shadow Graphics that’s the LLC name. Report that to BBB EDIT- see I told you this is what they do and they didn't disappoint. They are a scam people. Keep playing the victim, pretending that people are out to get you. What a joke all hundred reviews say the same thing. Close what you should answer your emails the way you answer these real reviews. You should send your product when it actually is ordered instead of answering reviews with sarcastic remarks you lowlifes bash bahhh bash people... you see these how these low lives work! Here is proof below. They make it up as they go and keep going. People reading this, look up the product buy it else where. I promise it will come faster and actually come that's what I did and it worked. Don't fall for these scum hiding behind Ohio fake laws and bs of made to order. It's just not true. These people will just keep adding on cause they're in denial. So now they’re doing their best to get the review taken down. I already called my credit card company. They took care of it. You could pretend all you want in the comments this review will be staying on trust pilot

Decent ship time and good print quality. Def was questionable with all these other sites out there but they look great in person!

Was skeptical but got new gear with their Friday the 13th sale. It arrived within a week and all about the Jason gear!

Made a purchase about a month ago. Items says they're in stock but nothing has shipped.

Made a pre-order for a pop figure, after over a month, It still had not shipped so I attempted to contact them and got no reply.

This pop figure was available two weeks ago directly through pop. I have re-ordered them and have already received them as well.

Stay away from HorrorMerch it’s a scam site and there are many reviews online reporting this exact behavior or other issues.

(Update) 09/18/24 - Horror Merch replied to this, and has since refunded my money. They however lied stating specific information was included in the description and it was not.

No information stating the item was sold out, only info showing it was a “pre-order” and would be shipped out late August and no other specific info related to shipping was included.

The rude reply will get you nowhere but dig you a bigger hole of losing customers as your terrible customer service is “Well” documented on a simple google search.

Hard to defend yourself when most of your online reviews are negative, point out bad customer service, items never shipping, and fraudulent charges.

They also tried to take a jab at me stating all my reviews or bad reviews. If I didn’t write this, they would have never refunded my money.

This is also pointed out in several reviews I found where they won’t refund you or reply unless you report them, or put in a bad review.

You ignored my request to resolve this peacefully or professionally so I took it here. Plus, most people don’t do good reviews, I only do them when something goes wrong.

Horror Merch, try to be a better sport in receiving bad criticism. Especially when it’s well deserved for trying to scam people and having terrible customer service.

Try to learn from these instead of play the victim and site “Ohio Law” or lie about your “product description” even Visa confirm this wasn’t the first time someone has filed a fraud claim against Horror Merch.

I will continue my claim with Shopify, if they weren’t rude and condescending I would have left it at that. Now, it’s personal and I will have fun with this one.

I encourage everyone else to do the same, the more people that stand up against bs storefronts like Horror Merch the better. Report them on everything especially if they attempted to scam you too.

This company sucks apparently. Definitely wont recommend. Made an order with them .and when I checked the order I noticed somehow the wrong items were being sent ! Tried to contact them to fix the issue/ cancel, and no replies, nothing. Lol and of course after tryin to get in touch with them and no replies , I make a bad review and now they have something to say lol gtfoh
