This is a horrible company with…
This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. The led me on for over a year on a back ordered part. Then I go to cancel and return parts that went with the back ordered part they say it’s been to long after I called them every month to check and was told they would do a return and refund if part never came in. Now they can’t ever tell me where my refund is for the back ordered part. Horrible company. Buyers beware.

We’re sorry this backorder caused such a frustrating experience. At the time of purchase, the item was listed as backordered with no estimated availability, and you chose to keep it on order. It was later canceled after the manufacturer discontinued it, and a refund was issued to the original form of payment. For security reasons, our representatives cannot disclose full card information, but they did provide the date the refund was processed. Regarding the related return, glass items are nonreturnable under our policy. We regret that the outcome was not what you expected.

Defective Parts
The center caps did not fit and the prongs were brittle and lacked flexibility. One broke while trying to install. The Customer Service representative was rude. Ground Up only offered me a return on the 3 I didn't open but they would not take responsibility for the parts not fitting. I'm guessing they will restock and resell these defective parts to someone else. I bought replacement parts from a competitor and they fit.
