Assembly a little difficult

The bike is amazing. It just took us a while to do the assembly as the video was different and I thought the assembly instructions would come with the bike in the box and not in an email.

Execellent service

Execellent service. Andy is super knowledgeable about the bikes and responded to all my questions. The bike is excellent for the price. I would highly recommend the Horacio bikes.

I bought the bike 1 week ago

Edit: I must say I should have asked for their help beforehand the review, they were really helpful as soon as they saw it, thanks

I bought the bike 1 week ago, after reading all the reviews to be honest I was expecting something more durable, I use the bike to go work and back nothing else, after 1 week the derailleur is not working as it was at the beginning, clicks like 5 times before every change. Today on the road I went for a ride and literally the inner tube exploded and I can't think that I put too much pressure since I put 2 bar. I am not gonna lie the bike is good looking but the theory of cheap sometimes is expensive is real, I know this kind of things can happen but after 1 week?

The bike is very good and would definitely recommend. Only flaw would be delivery as I ordered from Victoria and star track wasn't updating frequently. Otherwise bike is amazing!
