Your product fitted everything but unfortunately you didn’t include on your details that the product I bought is unable to be washed. If I had known that I wouldn’t have even contemplated buying it. I never go to a dry cleaner & I think you’re giving out misleading information. I’ll let you know the result when I wash my product.

Hello, Even though Royal Mail failed to scan my tracked 24 parcel sent from the UK it arrived days later via 'snail mail'.

Poor Customer Service
The cardigan is nice but the lack of communication spoilt the experience. I waited well over the four weeks and my email enquiring about a likely delivery date went unanswered. However, a day or so after my email the knitter tracker facility showed that my parcel was on the way.
