We're very very very happy with our Homie washing machine and service!! Totally recommend using this company if you're looking at hiring a washing machine (or something else). My favourite thing is that is makes payments fair among the tenants in our flat as if people are going away (e.g. going home because of Coronavirus) they don't have to pay for the machine while they're away (because they don't do any washes). LOVE IT.

Duurzame optie
Homie biedt een uiterst duurzame optie aan als het neerkomt op wassen. Door het betalen per wasbeurt werd ik mij erg bewust van mijn gebruik en leerde ik zo duurzamer te wassen. Verder is Homie goed in te zetten als wasmachine voor in een (kleiner) studentenhuis. Contact met Homie en interface altijd prettig ervaren.

I'd definintely recommend Homie Pay-Per-Use
De diensten van Homie Pay-Per-Use zijn een absolute must. Hoog serviceniveau, goede communicatie en eerlijk en betaalbaar; bovendien wordt wassen op een lage temperatuur aangemoedigd, wat goed is vanuit milieuoogpunt. Mocht je zelf geen wasmachine, droger of vaatwasser kunnen aanschaffen, of gewoon op zoek zijn naar een tijdelijke oplossing, dan zou ik ze zeker aanraden.

Great service and so affordable!
The service was just great, I never had any problems and whenever I had a question, I got a reply very soon. The delivery and pick-up went smoothly as well. I loved the monthly overview to see how you're doing compared to an average person in NL.

Ben al tijdje klant bij Homie. Heel klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Had een tijdje last van wegvallend internet, ze hebben mij toen heel fijn geholpen om de wasmachine weer online te krijgen. Ook als je een vraag hebt, wordt deze per e-mail vrijwel direct beantwoord.

Absolutely Brilliant.
The delivery of the washing machine was SO SMOOTH, the guys were so lovely, and it was installed in less than 5 minutes. I can't recommend Homie more to be honest, it's the best customer service experience and most efficient service I've had in forever.

The best customer service in the Netherlands! Quick turnaround from order to installation. Very good machines. Their installers are friendly and helpful and you get a free professional installation when you order a machine. I will never own a washer and dryer again as Homie makes it easy to rent and takes away all the hassle of washing

Best deal & excellent customer support
This is so far the best deal for washing machine rental that I found without putting any deposit upfront. I ordered on their website on Tuesday evening and on Thursday morning, the washing machine was installed. The washing machine is also new. They delivered to Maastricht to the 2nd floor of the apartment. It's really nice. Highly recommended!

Wat een fijn bedrijf
Wat een fijn bedrijf! Wasmachine werd snel geleverd en toen we een paar maanden later problemen hadden met het apparaat kwam er de volgende dag iemand langs en werd er een nieuwe neergezet. Door het per keer betalen zijn we ook veel bewuster gaan wassen. Niet meer even een halve was. Machine zelf is ook gewoon goed.
