Both myself and my son have contacted noids several times about a fault on the cooker , but have had no answer as of yet , it's been around 3 weeks now and still no reply .

Where is Thomas?
I contacted them through customer services several times over one month and have yet to receive a response. Awful deplorable non existent customer service. The imaginary Thomas has left the building it seems. An expensive ornament. Should have gone for the Levo2

Geen antwoord via de klantenservice ivm problemen met de pot ,hij blijft knipperen , kreeg eerst bij vragen een thomas en een andere jongen die zeer snel reageerden op alles , kreeg dit keer helaas geen antwoord , dit mag verbeterd worden

Great service and good information
Great service and clear info through whatsapp. All my questions were answered before i placed my order. And the product itself feels like great quality. My first batch of infused oil was a success even though i’ll be looking for better ratio’s of oil:plant material for optimal doses.

The Noids extractor is a must have! We are absolutely happy with the product as well as with the service. The product was delivered so fast. It is of great quality and and does a great job. I can't wait for further projects I am planning to work on using my noids extractor. We have also gone for the butter vault. It's perfect to keep your butter fresh. Big up the noids team.
