First of all jade was very quick to answering my enquiry even on a sunday.. got it arranged for next working day...Andy was came within the hour was so helpful and checked it all luckily was a 4 way adapter that had gone so he put a 3 way wire straight to the main ariel whick was so pleased and didnt cost the earth....as you do pay a fee plus vat thats all explained to you as well.so im happy customer

It has taken months to finally get the…
It has taken months to finally get the work completed. On more than one occasion, I had multiple calls with different staff members, who apologised for the engineer not getting to us and wanted to rebook when it had already been actioned. An engineer actually turned up to complete the works when it had been completed the previous week. The guys coming on site are always polite; Andy from the management team lets the whole company down. He seriously needs some customer service training. He was obnoxious and arrogant. Service from the engineers second to none!

We are, however, sorry that it took longer than expected to get the works completed. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive repeated calls regarding rebooking when the appointment had already been arranged, and for an engineer to subsequently attend when the work had already been completed.
We also take your comments regarding your experience with our management team seriously. We expect all members of staff, regardless of their role, to communicate with customers professionally and courteously, and we’re sorry that your interaction did not meet that standard.
We’re pleased that the engineers themselves provided the level of service we expect, and we appreciate your patience throughout what was clearly a frustrating experience.

HomeVision - 100% Recommended
In a world where getting the service you hope for seems more like an ambition than an expectation, HomeVision genuinely surprised me. From the accessible and clear website, I contacted them at 19:30 and had an immediate callback... the operator was knowledgeable and answered all my questions re. fitting a 55" TV on a plasterboard wall (new build). I was offered a next day appt. for someone to come out and quote me. The engineer turned up dead on time, walked me through the process and gave me a quote which was cheaper than the Amazon parts+fitting service! I thought the chap would need to organise a fitting date in the future but he came with all tools and the bracket needed and got to work on the spot (I got the sense that if i'd said no, that would have been fine - no pressure sales). All done in 40 mins. The service surpassed my expectations - would 100% recommend.

Was very grateful Lee was able to come on a Saturday & fix the problem. Replaced the power supply to the booster & now my father can watch TV from his hospital bed. Very happy indeed

Hired them to install a TV on the wall
Hired them to install a TV on the wall. He arrived with no tools, told me my walls were too flimsy, bracket too heavy. He took the TV out of the box, put it on the stand , pressed a few buttons on the remote. Charged me £114 for that. No quote beforehand (I'd have said No, perfectly capable of doing that myself). Rip off company - get a quote beforehand. TV still not on wall , I'm poorer by £114.

The engineer was fine
The engineer was fine. He installed a loft aerial, which must be one of the easiest options. I was discombobulated by his price which was three times the guide price I was given over the phone. I was prepared for double, but triple!?

We’re sorry to hear that you were left waiting and understand how frustrating this must have been.
We would normally contact customers if we are unable to attend an appointment as scheduled. This would usually be by telephone, and if we are unable to reach the customer, we would normally leave a voicemail where possible.
We apologise that you did not receive the communication you expected on this occasion. We appreciate that waiting for several hours without an update is understandably disappointing.
