HomeProGym Recenzje

After 3 months, the bar is starting to bend and becomes dangerous. The company won't replace it and offer me a 20% discount to buy a new one ? They tell me it's normal that the product is starting to bend ?????. They are cheaply made and ppl should go buy their stuff somewhere else.

Edit. This is not a competitor. I have photo and tried to be in contact with them.my order number is 21564. They are telling me that their products bare guaranteed 5 years BUT NOT THEIR BAR.

19 may. Thank you. But I have still no news about that in my email. I found that you wanted to change the bar here on this website. I'll update de review when I will have the confirmation in my email that I will receive a new bar. Thank you.

Cheap brand. If I could give this a - 10 stars, I would. Bought the stackable resistance band set plus bar. After 10 times of using it, the bar started to bend, which isn't safe to use. Very cheap product, and the company won't refund. The best I could get is a 20% off on a new bar. Please do yourselves a favor, buy another brand. Oh and btw, they'll say it's a scam when I actually have an ordor number. If their bar is so great, why don't they ask for pictures as a proof their product sucks, and offer a refund or at least a new bar, for free.

For those who like the gym this is the place, very top equipment, in particular I loved the TRAVEL DUMBBELLS, very practical for those who travel and do not want to carry something heavy.

They have excellent products, I finished completing my home gym and I was very satisfied with the quality and with the speed with which it was delivered to me

Their product quality is very nice.I am fully satisfied with the product.Very good experience.

The products have very good build quality. Delivery time is also very fast.

I bought a pull bar, it was durable and better than the other website products. I fixed it between my two walls it's nicely performing.

Excellent products and excellent service I recommend them the best in super recommended physical training products

Excellent Service. Bought some supplements from them last night. got it in the morning. thanks!

I ordered the smallest band bundle and never received digital work out guide. i also ordered the wrong bundle by mistake and contacted them immediately. and the absolutely refused to refund me while i was willing to purchase the biggest bundle. ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE if u you post a bad review on their site they just remove it because they're shaddy. You can buy the exact same products on amazon for half the price with out the digital guides

the product here are really good quality , I also love the service, this site was recommended by my friend. I am looking forward to buy some equipment here.

The prices are affordable, Customer Service is responsive and so friendly.

I already collected My purchase item from homeprogym without any issue and Damage. Very Satisfied with All your quality customer service . Great quality Highly recommended. Thanks so much

Good products plus excellent customer service. Love it.

great company to deal with.incredible prices for a great product. the service is outstanding and they do stand behind their brand.

Impatiently, I purchased 160$+ of resistance band equipment from these guys, but I did so before reading these reviews... God do I regret that decision... All of the 5 star reviews are FAKE. Terribly written, so vague, and have incredibly poor English. All the legit customer reviews are negative. They state late shipping, poor customer service, and none of them talk about actually receiving merchandise. I am now stressed that none of the equipment that I've purchased will actually arrive. I received no email confirming my order, just an email from the shipping insurance service telling me to track my order that hasnt shipped yet.

best service for customers , the products provided by them as well as the price is also affordable . The equipment delivery is on the time ,it is the best as i have ever seen , i prefer to purchase things from this store because of quality and many other beneficial points of views thanks
