The whole experience was much easier than I thought it would be. I was fortunate to work work Amanda McAnally she was a pleasure to speak with, very knowledgeable and I was confident she had our best interest at heart. I give Auto Approve an A+

She answered all my questions and acted happy to do so! Loved her and was super helpful! She needs a raise or commission on the sale I hope to make

We made an appointment to go to the lot to view your manufactured homes. Three times we received calls/email to confirm and each time something was incorrect ( date, time, person to meet etc ). We drove the hour and 15 minutes to get there and passed it twice as there are no signs indicating your business.
We asked for the 3 names given to us that would show us around and not at all to our surprise, none of them were there. We talked with a sales rep?, who told us to just go look around.
We went into four homes. There was no electricity in any of them, which of course means no air. It was mid June in Florida so you can imagine the extreme heat built up in these metal buildings. Every one had sheetrock or molding etc just lying around. They were dusty and dirty. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I was supposed to be sent some email and pics of homes in my size and price range I asked for to my email.. and all I got was this stupid question about how good my experience was I want prices and pictures!

They were good at explaining what needed to be done in the steps to take to purchase a home from nationwide

Lot was delapated with only 1 home fit to look at. Nobody was in office to talk to. UPDATED YOUR SITE INFO! Drove an hour for nothing.

No modulars at location only used junk double wides. Two new single wides...what a disappointment

Cassie was very pleasant, informative and upfront about costs and what Home Nation provides and what we need to contract for seperately.
