I love the gentleman I spoke with he was very pleasant and confident in his Work was able to explain everything which is a great concepts. He took all my information explained. Everything walked me through everything and submitted everything to the lender. I absolutely loved the gentleman that I spoke with. Thank you.

Interoffice communication

Very disappointed with my overall interaction.

Lets start with the wonderful experience with the lead sales rep. I learned a lot about manufactured homes. Thank you.

l loved several models and settled on my favorite.

However, after paying the $500 for the analysis and expecting the timely response. l waited but when l reached out it was apparent the different teams didnt communicate with each other.
The department that handles the request is backlogged but the sales agent was not made aware of the issue. l was offered an alternative but I chose not to move forward with the project. My belief is if something starts off with delays and lack of communication.. lt is a sign of things to come.

l am waiting on my requested refund.
