Also, from what I can tell on the company’s website, they’re very resourceful as well as fair with pricing. I will be doing business with this company in the near future & will be referring every other person that is looking to do the same thing I’m doing to this website!

Terrible experience. Great prices shown for homes. First thing the representative tells me is the prices show are to drop a home on your lot. No other assistance. They can recommend companies that can set the home up. Why would I buy from you?

I called for a basic inquiry of their services. They were very kind and open to answer all questions I had. I even received a followup email with their information included. Very helpful for my housing search.

Kind of rushed into the purchase because the home was on sale for 8K less "ending" the day I went there. And it would require a 50% deposit $45,000
due that day (3:30 PM)

I usually don't allow myself to make such a large financial decision without a complete review but my son needed a home ASAP. Salesperson was super friendly and helpful. Not her fault.However, purchasing a mobile home requires much investigation into the associated costs & issues assocciated with these types of projects. I never rate a company until the project is complete and I am somewhat disappointed in the help I've received. The home after completed had a few serious issues. MAINLY the tub and shower enclosures are not installed correctly. All the surfaces are not adhered to the wall and pops when you touch it. The biggest issue though is both enclosures have huge gaps along the top edge that when taking a shower the water runs down into the wall. Now this is not Home Nation's fault. However, the communication between Home Nation's Service Dept. and the Manufacturer (Clayton Homes) is lacking. As it stands right now I was told this is how the unit comes. You would think that since Home Nation purchases Clayton Homes they would be a tad more aggressive.
Buying a Mobile Home ? Research all the costs and pros & cons. It's nowhere as easy as you think.
I will update my review when I get any resolution to this problem. I want to see what Home Nation does to help me solve this issue.
