Absolutely disgusted with the service I received .
Broke my order up into 3 different install dates and each time got something or everything wrong . Too small , forgot parts , no response on complaints.
Joke of a company do not use .

I needed my bifold doors fixed. The bottom hinge had bent. Also wanted all of the external seals replaced. Gave measurements etc. Took the full payment upfront. Eventually arrived to do the job. Only brought internal seal for 1side of 1 door (3doors). Couldn’t fit the hinge as needed an “expert”. Would contact me by the end of the week & would return with the rest of the correct seal.
That was 5 months ago. It is impossible to phone anyone have to use their contact form. Never reply to any of my messages. I just want my money back. Don’t use them.

We have a Victorian property and had been nervous about replacing the windows but we finally took the plunge to increase heating economy and warm in the Winter. Home Hub guided us through the process and went above and beyond with their customer service. The guys that installed the windows were amazing as they talked through any changes or decisions and cleaned up after themselves each day. Would highly recommend !

Aftercare service is outstanding and very efficient. Booked remedial work swiftly and arrived as agreed. Both installers were very polite and tidy.

As part of my kitchen extension I decided to have a HomeHub roof light - which I am delighted with. A little while later, due to a new roof installation, I needed to contact their aftercare service in order to remove and re-install the light. I have to say how absolutely refreshing it is to deal with a company that provides a fast, efficient, courteous and competent service. The teams of men who carried out the work were so professional, it was a joy to have them in my home. Thank you Home Hub, I can honestly recommend you to anyone thinking of having a roof light, such as mine.

We had windows and 2 x 4m bifold doors fitted and couldn't have been happier with the service received. The windows and doors look great and i couldn't fault the service from both the sales team and the fitters.

We had our Bifold doors supplied and fitted in 2016.
We dealt with Laurence Tuck, Director at Homehub.
The Homehub showroom gave us the opportunity to see the product up close.
Laurence told us that their ‘Building Division’ would be taking care of the installation, but we would need to pay them separately!
Homehub sent out a surveyor & the process began.
The Building Division - aka Sub-contractors - arrived and our Bifolds were installed.

We had had no problem until we came to sell the house 7 years later.
It turned out that we should have had a Building Regs certification.
At no point in the whole process did anyone mention that Building Regs were required. Not even their ‘Building Division’, who probably should have known that a surveyor from the Council should have made an on-site visit.
When you put your trust in the so called professionals, you would hope that morally & ethically they provide you with all the information necessary.

So 7 years on & we had to go back to the company to get the information needed to satisfy the building inspector.
Several phone calls to Homehub & emails, each time being told they would refer our query to their After Sales dept., but no reply in 3 weeks.
In the end we were up against the clock with the house sale & had to visit the Bracknell showroom.
The ladies at the front desk were very understanding & eventually they got Laurence Tuck on the phone to speak to me.
He was incredibly rude. He was at pains to point out that it was 7 years since the installation and did I know how many customers they’d had since then & how much paperwork? I didn’t like to point out that, presumably, they hadn’t done much during the pandemic!
He said he wasn’t working as it was his wife’s birthday & he would look into it on Friday 2nd June.
I asked why he hadn’t advised us that we needed this certificate & his answer? …… ‘The onus of anything to do with your house is down to the owner of the house. It’s not down to us to tell people what they need to do with Building Regs.’
That was Wednesday 31st May 2023. We are now at the end of June & I really don’t expect to hear from him Ever.
If their records are in order, it shouldn’t be that difficult to provide the details of the materials supplied, especially when the doors come with a 20 year guarantee.

We now have the certificate, but only after having to get a builder to remove several bricks to access the lintel, plus the plasterboard above the doors. An Architect & a Structural Engineer to help us identify the calculations.
We discovered that in-fact the plasterboard didn’t meet fire regulations & needed to be replaced.
All this has been at considerable expense.

Origin bifold doors seem to be a good product, however, I would recommend purchasing from a reputable FENSA registered company & NOT Homehub.

A great company, they are really welcoming. The showroom is very well presented with easy parking, we were welcomed with a smile and offer of refreshments before getting to understand our requirements, we were then shown a great array of windows that suited our needs and budget, not once were we pressure sold as they were very keen we got the right windows and doors for our renovation, they were easy to do business with, from initial quote through to installation. Once the installation was complete they made sure that we were satisfied with the installation. We recommended my parents who also had their windows and doors installed by homehub as a result of our recommendation. Great company thank you for all your help we are super happy with our windows and French doors!

We have purchased the house and we needed to replace one window. When we called Home Hub they were very lovely and helpful. They have replaced our window and it looks beautiful. Thank you so much. Would definitely use this company again:-)

From email enquiry through to installation Daniel Slade offered excellent customer service. He regularly communicated throughout the process. The installers were very quick and tidy. I would highly recommend the Home Hub Group.

I wouldn't recommend using this company and I wouldn't use them again. The Origin sliding doors are good quality but the quality of the glazing was not. The process of getting replacement glass with Home Hub was painful with poor communication throughout. Once they have your money they don't care. The latest panel of glass (the fourth) still has a small defect. No aftercare.

I ordered 2 aluminium windows for a stable conversion and found the service to be outstanding from start to finish. Despite me making a number of tweaks to the order, my Origin windows were turned round at a super fast pace and delivered on my preferred day.
The two installers arrived bang on time, were bright, polite and very proud of their work. Despite a couple of challenges with the building being old, nothing was a problem. They did a great job, left it tidy and polished the windows. I couldn't fault the all round service.

We were undertaking a new rear extension on our house and needed 3 x large bespoke sash windows. We contacted a number of companies for a quote and delivery time. Home Hub were the most competitive and said they could deliver in a short time frame so we decided to go with them. However they were not able to deliver on the original dates as it was quite close to the 2022 Christmas break. This meant that our house was open to the elements over the Christmas period however the builders did install temporary hoarding. Home Hub did schedule us in for 1st fitting on the 4th Jan which was the 1st day they were back working. The sash windows are good quality and we are very pleased with the product. The installers were good however there was some accidental damage to the new stonework. It did take a bit of time to resolve but Home Hub to their credit did step up and sent a Repair man to fix the stonework and he did a great job. Although it took a bit longer and required a bit of pushing, overall I am really pleased with the outcome.

Good pricing and products, but unreliable operational processes and service/after-care. Generally issue is communication around shifting timelines and solutions with often a promise that isn't met. So for a not standard window project, beware

Delighted! From first conversation to final installation, Home Hub were great. They had just what we wanted, understood how best to supply that and made the whole experience very easy. Everyone we encountered was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all we’d recommend Home Hub. Thank you!

We have just had aluminium windows and a door fitted by home hub. The process was seamless, from viewing products at there fantastic showroom in Bracknell, the knowledgeable design team, the surveying, and the great work done by the installation team.
They delivered on time, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the products and the installation process. The guys were very tidy as well.
We are happy to recommend the company, and will definitely use in the future.

Home hub “pride them selves on exceptional customer service”. What I have experienced is far from exceptional, it has been disgraceful . I ordered my window and doors in November and they have not yet been installed. I have had nothing but problems- price difference, lack of communication, time delays, and workmen not showing up on the day. My windows and doors were due to be fitted today and nobody showed. Nobody bothered to call me to advise it was cancelled , And nobody has bothered to call me back after chasing several times. After spending a huge amount of money , I expect a courtesy call to advise. Nothing. I get better service at McDonald’s than I have received by Home hub. I’m shocked and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
