I ordered two doors, same pattern, same colour, same accessories same smart locks both sleek finish two sizes and one with glass side panel. What could be simpler?
Two weeks before installation I was told that the narrow door could not be done in sleek in the chosen pattern, please choose another pattern! Forwards and backwards and yes could be done if not completely symmetrical. Great I thought but this was only the beginning:
The glass side panel was forgotten on the order so installation date to be deferred, the smaller door could not get installed on first attempt and it was delivered with woodgrain finish on the 2nd attempt so third time lucky I got the door I had actually ordered. The smart lock had been forgotten about so had to be fitted at the very end.
Daily email reminders to pay the installation fee started before the last door was even delivered and no disabled access to the showroom does not do anything positive to the experience either.

We are so thrilled with our windows and doors. Fab customer service from start to finish, quality amazing and very fair price compared to other companies. Fitters wonderful and nothing was a problem. Thanks so so much. Would highly recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
We had our windows fully fitted with this company 3 years ago.
In that 3 years we have had to call them out to fix various problems (mainly handles) FIVE times.
Today will be the sixth time they are coming to us with the same problem.
The product is absolutely rubbish and I would honestly avoid day all costs.
The only positive is that the fitter are great (it’s them I feel sorry for, for having to fit such cheap crap)

Home hub fitted our bifold doors 7 years ago and recently the handle on our access door jammed . Home hub responded within hours to my request for someone to come and mend them . They then set up a what’s app group to keep me up to date with timings . We did have to wait a few weeks for their engineer to be able to come but when I contacted them to say I had a party coming up and really needed the door to open, Marie from customer services phoned me and moved the date forward because they had a cancellation . Tommy arrived today and it was a pleasure to have him in the house and He even took off his shoes and cleared up after himself . The handle has been replaced and all is in working order . Thank you Home Hub team .

We bought two bifold doors from Home Hub. We had a lot of building delays and Home Hub were very patient and helpful throughout. They were installed last week and Chris and Dale did a fantastic job. They were here til 8pm making sure everything was perfect. Cheerful, polite and helpful they were a pleasure to deal with. We bought the Cortizo doors and they look great. Thanks also to Laura, Curtis and Terry for great service along the way.

Excellent aftercare!

A skylight I purchased from Home Hub failed after 7 years and went misty. After sending them photos - they confirmed I could have a replacement unit from the manufacturer for free (just pay the fitting - which I thought was fair enough). Fitters Dale and Chris came when they said, were quick, good, and nice guys. The communication from the team in Bracknell was helpful and I always knew what was happening. Very happy.

From start to finish they have been great. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, the whole process was easy from selecting my options right through to the install. It was really helpful having a WhatsApp group for communicating as this made it a breeze when either I or they needed something. I didn't envy the installers having to carry a heavy for up to a 2nd floor property, but they were really professional throughout. I'd absolutely recomend the home hub to anyone I know looking for a new door. I'm incredibly pleased with how the new door looks and the overall service I received was fantastic.

Dan Slade was very easy to deal with and we liked his approach, we didn’t feel like we were being sold to and we appreciated it. I think with Home Hub the products sell themselves. Very happy

This is the 2nd time we have used Home Hub Group.
More double glazing downstairs including, French windows, bay windows and a kitchen door, and couldn't be happier. Ryan and Martin (fitters) were ultra professional, tidy, with excellent attention to detail. No hesitation to recommend this company and the 2 chaps that did the fitting.

This is the 2nd time I have used you for my various properties and this was a recommendation. The 1st home, you as a company couldn’t provide an exacter fan in window from the bathroom. But still went ahead with the installation. All ok with the installation and my tenant is very pleased.

The 2nd Property this however caused many issues from ordering 3 windows and the one was not correct. This meant there was a window which had been made which was incorrect. I ended up negotiating the fitting of this window which I didn’t need. So you went away to make another window to correct your error. This was at my expense. You confirm emails of times and dates for the installation and don’t turn up. This has caused issues with my tenants taking time off and losing pay. You need to learn by your mistakes and communicate with each other.

After my review I was very unhappy to see you had taken money from my credit card for fitting a window I didn’t want and now you’re saying it’s my fault. Unbelievable.! When you first came out I never took you to the bedroom window as it was irrelevant. So the whole point is you should send a refund for the fitting in full of a window which was not required. You require money upfront of a percentage then send numerous messages saying you want full payment before fitting.! So if you do have any issues afterwards you’re not interested.

Will not be using you again.!

We bought three large French doors / bay windows from Home Hub group and we are very pleased with the result and the whole process.
- We went to their showroom in Berkshire, which is very impressive. Our salesman (Dan) was really great at getting us a product that suited our needs at the best cost.
- Home Hub Group seems to have invested a lot of money in a customer relationship management software that looks very professional, so your quote and the confirmation process after the surveyor’s visit looks super professional, with electronic signature, so you have a real contact in hand. You can make all the payments with a credit card too.
- The surveyor (Martin) was very diligent, making sure that we get an installation that suits us, with the lowest possible door thresholds.
- The two installers (Stuart and Ben) were absolutely fantastic, with a very high attention to details.
- I got all my paperwork quickly: 10 year warranty & building controls certification when I asked for it.

We are so happy with the result that we have now ordered 21 more windows from Home Hub Group and they were again very competitive price-wise.

There were few delays that were rectified quickly. The installation was delayed by two weeks but they were very apologetic about this and it was not an issue for us. The corner posts of one bay window arrived white instead of anthracite and someone from home hub group had to come back two times to fix this and was very professional and efficient. Communication at all stages of the work was really good.

The Home Hub sales process was supportive and they were able to answer questions, offer good advice and give me assurance the bi-folds and gable window we bought would be a good product for our needs. The product quality when they arrived was great. My only reservations in giving five stars was it took a bit longer between confirmation of order and installation than I was led to believe at the start and the installation team didn’t bring one component so had to go over onto a second day. Overall though, very happy with the end result and can recommend this company.

Went in for a visit to discuss our needs and the representative was open to our ideas and showed us the various styles available,Once we had chosen our doors the surveyor was booked to survey and to confirm what we wanted was feasible to do. Surveyor came and agreed wgat we hated was OK to do,the doors were ordered and a install date agreed all payments were done through a secure dedicated web site,doors arrived on time with the door fitter and installed with no fuss. Home Hub were always available to talk to throughout the process.

Great service from Raif Epping Homehub right through to the team installing Curtis, Conner and others who were all brilliant. Very pleased with our new windows
