Recently me and my wife purchased a flat and it wouldn't be possible without Ilan's help.

And actually much more, since between all those steps you have a billions of questions. Espessially if you are bying real estate asset in a first time. And even if you have those experience from your home country, in Germany stuff works a bit differnt ;)

- lets the search begins: there are many sources of information (yes, it is not only Immoscout24), it takes a time to read all of it, but also, you have analyze if the potential option meets the original search criteria, or simply to filter out a fraud – Ilan handled it perfectly!
- contacting the seller/agent and facilitating viewing an apartment.
- negations and complete paper check

- deal and notary

After all, I could not imaging how long and energy consuming was the ride, which I simply could not be able to accomplish without Ilan!
