Wir brauchten Hilfe beim Verkauf unserer Berliner Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis. Während andere Makler uns zu einem deutlich niedrigeren Preis rieten, war Ilan bereit, die Herausforderung anzunehmen. Ilan half uns, in unserem Tempo einen Käufer zu finden. Sein professioneller 360°-Rundgang gab der Wohnung genau die richtige Wirkung. Er hat uns regelmäßig und schnell informiert. Wir benötigten viele zusätzliche Dokumente, die Ilan größtenteils eigenständig organisierte. Außerdem sind kurzfristige Notartermine oft schwierig zu finden. Ilan half uns über seine Kontakte innerhalb weniger Tage einen Termin beim Notar zu finden. Wir waren mit seinem Service und dem Zeitplan sehr zufrieden.

I bought my new home with the help of Ilan from HomeEase, the process took 4 months from first chat to keys in hand, and it was great!
Ilan made this scary process so easy. From explaining how it goes, with his deep market knowledge, EXCELLENT negotiation skills and familiarity with different players in the market. Even when stuff got a bit more complicated (which I feel like it always happens when you buy an apartment) Ilan helped me to stay calm and navigated through the needed stakeholders. IIan is really great in explaining the process and next steps thoroughly, especially for first timers it is really helpful. He handled a lot of back and forth communication for us. He was easily reachable and quickly responsive as well.

Ilan is experienced, knowledgeable, re-assuring and well-connected. We had hundreds of questions and he always had a prompt, useful reply.

He takes your home search criteria and compiles a list of options for viewings, attends the viewings with you, inspects the property and informs you, and asks the seller good questions.

He also saved us twice as much money as he costs, thanks to his sale price negotiations.
