Home Craftology Recenzje

Love everything I have ever gotten from your company! Know just waiting for my health to allow me to get some of it done.

I will only order my diamond paintings from Home Craftology. Their service and quality is phenomenal.

You do an amazing job with the craft kits. They come beautifully packaged and are made of top notch materials. The canvas is thick enough to lie flat so I don’t have to tape down on all edges and the glue sticks very well. The colors are vivid and sparkling. I will not buy a diamond painting kit from any other company! Thank you for putting in the extra effort to make these kits a joy to work with!

High quality DDs. Little expensive but good discount. Wonderful tips on doing DDs. Great selection.

Home Craftology has always been really good to deal with! Right now I’m not buying too many diamond paintings as I have quite a few in my stash, but I will buy from this company again. I recommend them!

Excellent company - great products

Good customer service, quality product. Highly recommended.

When I found I didn't get my complete order, I contacted Home Craftology and they are sending the rest of the order. Always great to deal with

I needed some help recently about my order and the lady I dealt with Cheryl I think it was came to my aid and got me out of trouble she couldn’t do enough for me. I have had nothing but a good experience with Home Craftology.

I also like the fact that their deliveries are quite quick

All kits are wonderful love using there dots

very timely delivery. canvas in perfect condition excellent communication

Was missing butter papers. Patricia from customer care responded and they are on their way to me.

I’m reasonably happy with my project except the sky should be, according to the picture I sent, primarily light blue. Yours is primarily white. It’s definitely not true to color for the sky. Otherwise it’s fine.

Homecraftology has wonderful customer service and products! If things are not quite right, they fix it to ensure customer satisfaction. Once I completed a print, but when I stood back to look at it, the colours were off and overall too dark. I reached out, they agreed, they amended the colours and sent me a new print, all in good faith, to ensure I got what I was after and could enjoy the print for years to come. I have only experienced bad colours once, all other prints have been awesome, on the mark with expectations and I can not speak highly enough. Thanks

I was missing several packets of drills from my kit, one of which is a main color (was sent the wrong color on that one). Shipping is 15-20 business days so times that by 2 for me. Also the symbols are quite fuzzy when used with a light. Some of the symbols look similar so it's not always easy to tell which is which. Overall, I was disappointed and I really didn't want to be.

Everything was good but the covering film was too flimsy. It kept ripping.

These diamond kits are the best you'll ever find! The poured glue canvas is awesome.
And there's so many to choose from !
Right now I'm making butterfly and heart keychains for all of my co workers and my church family.
So relaxing!

I just received the third of three photos I sent and I am struck by how beautiful they turned out. I can't wait to get started! I can't thank you enough for the wonderful products you produce and your staff for being so friendly and helpful. I will send photos to your FB page once they are completed. Thanks again!

I had no clue what I was doing when ordering Diamond Painting Kit. I just knew I wanted to try it out. So I googled and came across Home Craftology. There were so many to choose from but I decided to go with something I love so I searched "Birds". And there it was a beautiful birds on the wire image. I added it to my cart but kept finding more great options to add to my "wishlist". The check out was simple. And when I made a mistake and didn't catch that I still had my old address in my auto-generated info from my phone, I panicked. I quickly found the contact us option and sent them a message. They replied back super quickly and took my corrected information and said they would do their best to fix it. I was not very hopeful because it was coming from overseas and I didn't think it would be possible but they did it! And they even followed back up with me! I have received my kit and I am hooked! It came with a great drilling pen, easy to read symbol guide and wrapped up safely. I have already ordered more. Thank you for making quality items and having fantastic customer service!

Every time I order from HC, the quality gets better. I love the new canvases! They are clear and easier to read. The bag that it is in wonderful. It makes for great gifts.
