Excellent service.

When my wife came out of hospital we needed a bed quickly - setting up an account and getting a bed delivered was quick and simple and when the discharge date was changed a number of times it was never a problem with Owen - communication was good and fast and he was flexible and accommodating with the length of the contract when my wife's surgery dates kept shifting. The bed was of a good sturdy quality and was clean and in good condition and was just what she needed. Highly recommended.

Great service, very efficient and friendly

I had a particularly bad accident which meant I needed to have a bed downstairs at home when I eventually came out of hospital. I came across Home Care Hire and made contact with Owen who really went out of his way to ensure that every detail was covered. The bed was delivered and installed by Glen in preparation for when I got home. I needed to check in with Owen a couple of times and he was so accommodating it really did assist with my recovery. Glen turned up today to collect the bed and was so polite and supportive too. I recommend Home Care Hire without any hesitation and value their help so much. The rates are simple and transparent with no catches at all. Great value for money and so simple to deal with.

My Dad was put on pallative care and sleeping on his sofa. We had been chasing an NHS bed for over a week but just went round in circles. Enough was enough so I took matters into my own hands and I telephoned Home Care Hire and so pleased I did. I spoke with Owen and 3.5 hours after speaking with him, he was at my Dad's house installing a hospital type bed downstairs for him with a pressure matress that we requested. The bed was clean, all parts working and is attractive to the eye. The caring and speedy customer service given was truly amazing and this has enabled my Dad to not only have somewhere safe to sleep but to stay at home which is where he wants to be for the final months of his life. Thorough safety inspections of the whole bed took place after construction and Owen took time to explain how everything worked. I would highly recommend this company and so glad that I made the decision to phone Home Care Hire. Owen and Home Care Hire provided such a great service that we as a family will be forever grateful to. Outstanding service, look nowhere else.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were desperate for a hospital bed for our dad having been told that one had been ordered by the nhs but nothing appeared. A phone call to Owen at 4.15pm on a Monday led to a bed being delivered and assembled at 6.30pm. His professionalism and efficiency in installing the bed, which was immaculate, clean and worked perfectly, was amazing. In fact every company could learn a lot from them. A huge thank you from the family to you Owen for going above and beyond to help.

The hospital bed and mattress was just what we needed for my grandmother and the team were pleasant and straightforward to deal with. They arranged delivery and collection very quickly.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Bed was delivered the day after it was ordered. Efficiently installed, it was immaculate: clean, in perfect working order and with an extremely comfortable mattress. Collected the day after it was cancelled, the company refunded half of the month’s fee I paid unexpectedly. They didn’t ask for a review but they’re getting one as I couldn’t have been more impressed.

I would definitely recommend Home Care Hire. We rented a hospital bed for my Mum to use at our house. The delivery came next day and the bed was put together for us. When she sadly moved to a hospice it was taken away immediately. Very good bed and service, thank you-Maura.
