I have been waiting 3 months and they never sent my items and emailed me back once with complete nonsense and now are completely ghosting me.. do not buy from this company SCAMMERS
Made an order at the beginning of January, it is now the beginning of feb and still no update on my order. Customer service does not respond to emails and the tracking number does not work. This is a scam avoid this company
Bought a necklace, it never arrived. Tracking number they provided in the Shop app is invalid. I emailed 3 weeks after my order, asking where it was. I got a response saying they’d get back to me within 48 hours… that was a week ago.
Dungarees did arrive - very very poor quality and didn't fit, certainly not as photographed on the Facebook ad I was drawn to. Initially Hollander said they didn't take returns, then, after email conversation they agreed to a refund, but that I had to pay postage back to China which cost a further £30 on £111 worth of goods. . 19 emails later, my goods are apparently in the post office awaiting payment of custom duty (something we found out when we followed up our Royal Mail tracking) awaiting our further payment of an unspecified amount. Since then we have heard nothing. I am currently contesting this purchase and am now £130 out of pocket. Research suggests this is a scam marketing enterprise. I am approaching Trading Standards.
Not even 1 star but that is the lowest I can put on here. I ordered 3 pairs of dungarees in size M what arrived from a UK address was 3 pairs of size xxxl not even in the correct colours. I was then required to send back at my cost £28 to China as they said they had no UK address and they did not include return postage even though they sent the wrong item, wrong size and colours were sent. Even now after over 2 months the items have not been refunded and the latest comms said it was my responsibility to pay duties so they would not refund total cost now over £200 and nothing to show for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Sadly I didn't check out Trustpilot reviews before I ordered dungarees from them :( They took ages to get to me (over 20 days) and then the size and the colour was wrong (the blue was much darker than shown in the photograph) and all I've had so far is a request to send them a photo. Really, really poor customer care.
Scam for sure. I received not what I ordered, poor quality and most likely from China. Lesson learned not to order from them!
DO NOT BUY from this company. They are scammers. Appalling quality clothes nothing close to what they advertise. Won’t accept returns.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! I recieved a pair of dungarees that cost me £38 and they had a great big slash through the bib. I contacted them and they said that they would either exchange or I could return then. I didn’t want to exchange as the quality was so bad. To get a full refund I had to send them back at my own expense to CHINA! This cost me over £12 this being the absolute cheapest I could find (hopefully they will get back to China) I had to look up HS codes and know all sorts of other tax details to do the documentation. So don’t buy from them as the quality is crap, the returns is a rip off and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone.
This company are scammers. Paid for an item of clothing, which they did eventually send me but it was completely the wrong size and colour. Initially no response to my emails, then an email which asked me had I tried it on (it was 2 sizes bigger than the one I'd ordered), no offer of refund or exchange, no response to my subsequent emails. Don't touch them. My credit card company are now dealing with them.
