This was the second time we had a holiday planned with Holiday Architects.
Fenton planned our Japan holiday and we can't thank him enough! Great communication throughout the process, providing valuable tips and ensuring everything is up to our holiday style.
Would highly recommend Holiday Architects to anyone who wants to have an amazing and memorable holiday!

Rebecca at Holiday Architects really listened to me when I described the sort of holiday I wanted. It was truly tailor made for us. We had a fabulous time on our expertly planned multi destination holiday to Morocco and all the arrangements and transfers were seamless. Charming people too - I can't recommend this company highly enough and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was a ronseal holiday - Holiday Architects did everything it said on the tin and more. From the first initial conversation discussing the sort of holiday we had in mind to the sad moment when we landed back at Heathrow at the end of the amazing holiday, everything was perfect. Our trip to Japan was perfectly organised. Everything worked a treat – the wonderful guides, the hotel and train bookings, the general advice and tips. Fenton responded to all our requests, made suggestions of his own and tailored the holiday just as we wanted it. It was the right balance of pre-planning and freedom to explore as the mood took us.

We had an opportunity to return to Sri Lanka and didn't hesitate to contact Holiday Architects to arrange our trip. We had a good idea of what we wanted from this trip and Rebecca and the HA team certainly delivered!
The small boutique hotels are all amazing and the scenery breathtaking. The hotel staff are always friendly and attentive, the guides on the various tours were always excellent and good company.
In our two week adventure, we trekked in the high tea country, through a rain forest. We cycled and kyaked, we saw elephants galore along with monkeys, crocodile, we even spotted a leopard!
Sri Lanka has so much to offer and I'm sure we will return again. We will definitely recommend Holiday Architects to anyone looking for a truly special and unique experience where ever they choose to go.

Japan was our second trip arranged by Holiday Architects and like the first was a huge success, Emma helped us organise a wonderful three week itinerary, eight stops all connected by trains, Japans trains are a revelation and run perfectly.
Everything from hotels, which were well located and comfortable, our well planned tours and excellent tour guides and Japan and the Japanese people made for a wonderful memorable trip.

HA came highly recommended from a friend, and having just had an excellent experience of a fully organised trip to Jordan we can see why. This was our first experience of a bespoke trip, we have always travelled independently and made all our own arrangements. We talked about a plan with Ian at HA, the proposed itinerary arrived the following day - no tweeks required as it ticked all our boxes. Couldn’t have been more straightforward and would highly recommend HA for every aspect of the service, the whole thing went on rails. As an aside, anyone concerned with visiting Jordan at this point in time shouldn’t worry, it is a very safe country with extremely warm and welcoming people.

Very well planned and balance trip to Borneo. If we had organised it ourselves we may have missed the wonderful Danum Valley. All connections, and there were many, went without a hitch. Would highly recommend

People in the West are not familiar with the Vietmanese people, mainly because of the propaganda propounded by the USA in their war against Communism. Vietmanese people are warm, welcoming and kind.
The holiday was very well organised by Holiday Architects so we had not worries about our hotels and travel. All very good !

Usually book our own holidays but the trip we wanted to Vietnam and Cambodia was far too complicated, Lisa was excellent from start to finish, the arrangements were seamless. Guides and drivers were amazing, hotels were perfectly located to allow us to walk and explore. Food walking tours were great and the tuk tuk tour fantastic. We covered everything we wanted and more including the blessings by the Buddhist monk, climbing inside the cu chi tunnels and cocktails in Raffles. Couldn’t recommend Lisa and HA any more fantastic service

Really impressed with the service from Holiday Architects. We came to them with some must-haves and some nice-to-haves for our Namibia holiday, and Kirsty helped us put together a perfect itinerary. She also found us some terrific accommodation options and helped us map out a good balance of self-drive and fly-in.

Excellent service from the ground agents in Namibia too; we had virtually no problems, but the few that we did have were sorted quickly and cheerfully

We usually organise our trips ourselves, but this was truly the holiday of a lifetime and too expensive to mess up. It was strange at first not to have to do anything, but we soon relaxed into it and would definitely use HA again. Really took the stress out of things

An amazing trip, brilliantly planned.

Emma from HA was fantastic. She understood what we were looking for from the start and planned us an unforgettable trip which kept both adults and teenagers happy, as well as exposed us to a huge expanse of Morocco in just two weeks.

Adil, our local driver and guide was wonderful!

The trip to the Sahara was the highlight. A memory which will last forever.

Highly recommend HA and will definitely ask them to help with future trips.

I could not have planned such a memorable adventure to Japan with my 19 year old son without Emma’s extensive and invaluable knowledge. She really listened to my brief, with the end result that we had a trip of a lifetime. We felt we were experiencing Race Across the World but in a good way and armed with all the information we needed. The App was brilliant which detailed our itinerary day by day including train times and local information. Excellent.

Can’t thank Fenton and everyone at Holiday Architects for organising our amazing trip to Vietnam. Nothing was too much trouble - all admin, emails and any concerns were dealt with in a timely manner, certainly within 24hrs. The personal touch had been considered throughout the trip - for us dietary requirements. I shall encourage family and friends to make use of this wonderful company!!

Guides and Taxis - just amazing! Each taxi - on time/extremely clean, provided water and drivers so pleasant. Guides so helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to answer our questions, providing additional sites to visit and places to eat.
Hotels - magnificent choices. All so different and in such good locations!! Great customer service, rooms and choice of food!
Itinerary - spot on!! Everything I wanted to see and enough time at each city or place of interest. History brought to life!!
WhatsApp - great that guides kept in touch with us and offered 24/7 assistance.
Internal flights - checked in by guides and received assistance at the airport, made is so easy for us.
Can you guess…..we had an incredible holiday and just loved it all!!!

What an amazing company. It is easier to share some of the post trip email I sent back to Emma, our Holiday Architect trip organiser...

The trip was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for putting together such a great itinerary we really felt like we packed it in, but at the same time all the worry about moving multiple times was taken away due to the handy airport transfers at both ends and also having all the tickets purchased in advance (great seats on all the trains!).

A few highlights was the first tour guide, Yoshi, who really helped orientate us on the first day and even looked ahead at our itinerary and suggested a different walking route for when we went to Kiso Valley (and he helped us buy the train and bus tickets for it!) we also loved the cycling tour in Kyoto.

To be honest, there are too many highlights to list as we felt you got the mix of culture, city and anime just right. We even had a 5.0 earth quake whilst in Matsumoto so that was a first!

The hotels were all fantastic, and you really got our desire for a mix of modern and then more 'traditional' Japan.

The best (for me) was the hotel in the Kiso Valley and for Dan was Hotel Groove in Tokyo, which was fantastic but as I’m petrified of heights the floor to ceiling windows on 37th floor played with my vertigo!)

I’ve already looked at other places you operate in, and plan to get back in touch for another big trip maybe in a few years time (we need to build the savings back up!).

I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know considering a Japan trip (which is quite a few people having been inundated with our pics).

We've never used a company like this before and have always planned and booked our own trips, so I was a little wary. However, we didn't want to embark on a self drive trip in Oman with a child without a little bit of back up!

Initially, I had a long discussion with Emma by phone about the tentative plans I had and what we were looking for. She quickly came back with a suggested itinerary and likely costs, which we tweaked. It was great to chat through ideas with someone who really knew the country.

We decided to book the trip and now we've returned we're so pleased we did. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely use the company again.

Things like having the hire car dropped off at our hotel for us, being given a local mobile for emergencies, having someone on hand both before and during the holiday to answer questions, etc. all made for such an easy and safe experience.

We have just returned from our second trip organised by HA. This time it was an amazing trip to Jordan organised by Ian. Right from the outset, Ian listened to our requirements for history, culture and the outdoors and came up with an almost perfect itinerary for us. Other than issues with both of our flights (outside of the control of HA!) everything worked completely to plan. The ground arrangements worked well including both entrance to, and exit from the country. Our choice of hotels was great and I would certainly suggest you finish off by pushing the boat out at the Kempinski on the Dead Sea. Our driver, Rafat, was amazing and really helped to make the holiday for us. It is always a great experience to be in the company of a friendly and knowledgeable driver. He made sure we could sample the local delights, including coffee and falafel! All our other guides were also excellent and we felt completely comfortable throughout the trip. Jordanians must be amongst the friendliest people you could meet.
So nothing should stop you from following in our footsteps and making plans to travel to Jordan with HA.
