This site helped me alot, it's great to find a site with inexpensive one way rentals. And the selection of cars is massive. Beats paying for an Uber or taxi.

Ich war - wie vermutlich viele - zu Anfang sehr skeptisch was Hola Cars angeht. Ein Preis der zu schön um Wahr zu sein klingt? Kann ja nur abzocke sein, dachte ich. Nach viel überlegen und durchlesen von den vielen positiven Bewertungen, dachte ich ich probiere es mal und habe für unseren Roadtrip über 35 Tage einen Wagen bei Alamo gebucht.

Der Anbieter hat einen Pre-Check in, welchen ich gestern genutzt habe.

Soweit konnte ich nichts finden, was mich stutzig macht.

Unsere Reise startet morgen. Sollte uns vor Ort doch nochmals ein anderes Bild erwarten, wird diese Bewertung angepasst.

I was assisted by Miguel Diaz, a Sales Manager at Hola Car Rentals, who took the time to carefully review my situation and guide me through the available options. Throughout the conversation he was professional, patient, and very understanding of the circumstances.
Miguel handled everything quickly and clearly, and helped bring a very stressful situation to a positive resolution. His professionalism and empathy made a big difference after a difficult few days being unwell before travelling.

Because of the way Miguel handled my case, I will absolutely be booking with Hola Car Rentals again, and I’m very grateful for the support I received.

Great prices comparing with other websites and excellent customer service

We were lucky to get a very good rental deal, a Fall discount, that made Hola the most competative rental agency. We unfortunately, had an issue with the rental car and a puncture. After getting in touch with a representative with Hola we got the car sorted. We had to pay a tow charge to Thrifty, but with all the benfits including in the rental agreement (24/7 roadside recovery) Hola refunded this as promised and was followed up by Sofia Padilla, a
Customer Service Advocate. I would recommend them to others travelling to Orlando but may not choose a Thrifty car again!

Staff were quick to respond and to resolve my problem within 12 hours. They were very helpful, friendly and respectful.

Once I got the hang of using WhatsApp to communicate with them the service was excellent

Another great experience with this company, 4 or 5 bookings this year alone as I have a house in Orlando, I always use Alamo as they don't have hidden charges like other rental companies.

Hired a car from Orlando airport and the booking system was clear, straightforward and helpful.
We were the victims of fraud once in MCO airport and Thrifty conned us out of $240 saying that without purchasing their insurance we would be liable to huge claims. It turns out this was simply a ‘supplement’ and was not necessary at all.
Hola were absolutely amazing in getting my money back once I was back home. I can’t praise Hola enough and their customer services department is second to none.

So far so good, we’ve booked and everything went through straight forward. We haven’t collected the car yet so will let you know.

Went to pick our car up at the parking lot, wasn’t quite right, but was changed very quickly… process was very smooth, car was great, no issues whatsoever and returning the car was seamless. Would definitely recommend and no hidden charges!
