Fraudulent Charge
Someone stole my credit card info and ordered from this store, I contacted the store and they refused to refund my money because I did not have an order number or the full name/shipping address of the order. How would I have this info if I didn't make the order? LOL

I went to Hirt's locally. Their greenhouses are a little disorganized and staff is busy trying to fulfill online orders. Their inventory system is a little wonky, cashier looked at my plants and kind of made up prices and they have no computerized system to say I purchased them. I would be wary of "in stock" online notifications.

I received plants from this company in May - 4 of the same kind. They were a bit pricey but they came and were in good shape and lived. I ordered $130 worth of more plants and seeds and had to pay $50 shipping. The box came late. Not unusual, but $50 for shipping I would assume next day. Everything was smashed into one box and heavily saturated with water. There was 1 plant that was tiny but did not have any issues. One plant was full of mold, the others were either full of dead leaves, the leaves fell off, the leaves were yellow, or the stems were broken. Contacted the company and they refunded JUST the moldy plant. Contacted them again and was told they do not refund dead or dying plants. What?! I literally took the photos within 5 minutes of unpacking them. If I saw them at a greenhouse, they would be in the garbage bin. DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to be ripped off.

I received my order today 2 days ahead of schedule! The plant was packaged well, overall health was good! I will be returning as a customer.

Always trouble with orders
I had given a 5 star review to them before. But with my experiences since my first purchase, I had to take stars away each time I tried Hirts Gardens. Since my first great experience I've bought plants from them numerous times, but each time there's been a problem. A missing plant, a wrong plant, dead plants. Latest was a big order, where they substituted cheap species of plants instead of the ones I ordered, dead plants again, and substituted a small cheap ugly plant pot for the nice one I ordered. I've given them so many chances to improve, thinking that maybe it was just bad luck each time, but I'm not going to buy from them again after this.
