I purchased my Hinomi ergonomic chair almost a year ago and recently noticed an issue with the height adjustment. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly and professionally throughout the entire process.
After some troubleshooting, they identified the problem as a defective gas lift and quickly dispatched a replacement. When I ran into difficulties removing the tightly screwed plate on the old seat, the team didn’t hesitate—they arranged for a full replacement seat and plate. Once those arrived, I was finally able to assemble everything successfully, and the chair is now working perfectly again.
Although it took around three months to source the correct parts, Hinomi consistently replied to my emails within 48–72 hours and kept me updated at every stage. Their patience, persistence, and commitment to resolving the issue were genuinely impressive.
Overall, excellent customer service and support. I’m very satisfied with how they handled the situation.

Fast Responses and solution to Warranty Claim
I had an issue with the chair early December, and early Feb it's been resolved with replacement part and clear instructions on the repair required. (Happy with the timing as I appreicate the parts are not stored in the UK).

H2 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair
I purchased a Hinomi H2 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair and after a delay, received two.
Appreciating that my order was placed over the Christmas/New Year period, I believe that this error was attributed to the courier more than the Company, as the two chairs were delivered within one hour of each other.
I contacted the Company and explained the situation exchanging several emails with a Sales Executive called C. Yng. These exchanges were always prompt and courteous and the second chair’s return arranged. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered and accepted a footrest at a discounted price
Collection was not as quick as I would have hoped as the courier was not too obliging, but apart from me working around the boxed chair, it was resolved after five days.
My wife suffers with lower back pain and she has found the chair to be a ‘game changer’ as it is the best we’ve had yet, for adjustability, support and comfort.

I placed an order for a chair on the 17th Dec with the item showing as “in stock” I received no communication from Hinomi what-so-ever, no conformation, order acknowledgement or email.
I email in January asking where my order was, absolutely no replay, so I text via WhatsApp, no response. I repeated this three time, eventually they said they have my order but no delivery date was given, I asked again, no response.
On the 12th Jan I cancelled the order.
BE WARNED I would not purchase from this company, it all looks fraudulent to me so do not buy from Hinomi.

Uncomfortable chairs, poor returns process
Horrible chairs, extremely uncomfortable, and it said 'risk free returns' on the website, so I thought there was no harm in ordering and trying it, but once you try to return an uncomfortable chair they try to charge you 10% for the return! **UPDATE** I then reached out to the customer service team to highlight that this goes against UK consumer law as you should have a right to return and refund. They had seen my review on trustpilot and a member of the team reached out directly in response to this review to reassure me that I was correct and should not have to pay a restocking fee, and requested that I update this review accordingly.**
Why did I want to return the chair? The back rest is so far back from the lumbar support that you're fully reclined when you sit and you have to crane your neck to look horizontally. For me, it was an unusable product, and the initial response from customer service was misleading. 10% might not sound like a lot but for a £600+ chair it's very significant (particularly when the service is advertised as risk free returns, though I note they have removed that!)

I love the desk chair I bought from Hinomi. After 2 years use a small problem developed with one of the armrests. I contacted customer services who were very helpful and have replaced the armrest free of charge. Very efficient and professional.

Le siège est hyper facile à monter (on peut suivre soit le document de montage inclus dans le colis, soit la vidéo dispo sur leur site), et ça franchement quel gain de temps! J'ai du mettre à peine 1h seule.
Côté ergonomie bien je suis un peu déçue par le soutien lombaire que je trouve trop bas (pourtant mis au plus haut) et trop en avant (pourtant mis au plus loin), je dois être mal foutue je mesure 1m70 mais j'ai un grand buste... C'était essentiellement pour ce soutien lombaire que je voulais CETTE chaise donc voilà pourquoi je ne mets pas une 5ème étoile.
L'assise est très confortable, bien moelleuse et l'appui tête est très bien + réglable en tout sens.
Les accoudoirs sont tout moelleux et bien réglables en tout sens aussi. Ils sont par contre trop facilement inclinable de gauche à droite (pas de cran d'arrêt).
Le repose pied est un peu "léger", c'est un gadget mais il a le mérite d'exister.

Returning the chair is not really an option
I think what I have learned in the past few years is that it is not really possible to buy office chairs, bikes or mattresses online, and my purchase with Hinomi contributed to this realisation. The team at Hinomi was very nice, but that could not conceal the fact that it is practically impossible to return the chair in its entirety—yet the whole business model rests on the idea that you can return it. It was not possible to disassemble the chair, despite Hinomi offering me several different suggestions on how to get it done. Hinomi was aware of this difficulty--they even sent me an email acknowledging how difficult it is to do so and offered me a discount to persuade me not to return it. In the end, I had to send the chair back after weeks of attempts to take it apart, with some parts missing, and I had to pay for those parts that could not be returned. The whole process took five weeks.

IAM BEING LED DOWN THE GARDEN PATH WITH THIS COMPANY! AVOID.
I ordered this chair feeling very optimistic. Found a great new desk and some art equipment I needed so I was ready for my new beginning! NOT. I received an email that said WE ARE READY TO SHIP. Lies. I then chased up my order and they said it was a PRE ORDER so a delay was expected. I enquired what exactly PRE ORDER was and they claimed it was not in stock. I said well if it is NOT IN STOCK you need to flag that up. They said I would have pushed a button where it was said that it was a PRE ORDER. I tried this yesterday and yet more lies! They said they were ready to ship this item end of last week. I have been on their site and it says NOTHING ABOUT SHIPPING, DEFINITELY. NOT IN TRANSIT. I have written about SIX emails to them which does get extremely distressing especially when clearly they are telling utter lies to their customers. WHY ON EARTH WOULD A GOOD COMPANY DO THAT? Then today they have offered me £20 as a gesture of goodwill!!!! If you go on their site the chair I ordered is now on SALE for at least £250 less. I paid for the foot rest and that came to just under £800. Now their chair is £735 in forest colour. I asked their head office why they couldn't tell me the truth at their support desk. Why they keep lying about when I will receive the chair. I enquired with Chat GBT and Chat said I need to make a formal complaint about their strategies and the chair not arriving to PAYPAL. I intend to do that because currently they have offered me a complete pack of lies. If I'd have ordered a similar chair @ John Lewis it would have been with me ages ago, next day even if I'd have paid for that service. A real lesson in looking at Google and being taken in by reviews and razzmatazz.

I recently purchased a chair from Hinomi, and I couldn’t be happier. The chair is extremely comfortable, with a wide range of adjustments to suit any posture or preference. It truly feels like I’ve finally found the chair I’ve been looking for.
But what impressed me even more was their outstanding customer service. I mistakenly chose the wrong size for the gas lift column. When I reached out to ask how I could buy the correct one, they replied in less than 24 hours. Even though the part wasn’t currently available, they told me it would be back in stock in July and that they would send it to me for free.
That kind of care and attention shows real commitment to their customers. I highly recommend Hinomi for both their top-quality product and their exceptional support.

Update: i chased the company directly and they sorted it. Upgraded review to 4 star since they fixed the problem but would have been so much easier if they played ball to begin with.

ordered the standing desk 55". got the hardware, but not the table top at the same time, customer service was able to provide me with constant updates to when the table top would arrive. also provided tracking numbers at the time of the order for me to get updates. Once all was received, easy assembly, and exactly what I was looking for, for my home office. comes with 4 pre-set heights, quiet motor, minimalist look. better than I expected
