A very professional service from start to finish. I was made to feel at ease upon arrival at the Nottingham clinic. A nice mid-surgery lunch was ordered. Plenty of information was provided on what would take place and how the procedure would progress. The procedure itself was smooth. Thereafter it was on myself to ensure my approach to aftercare was carried out as instructed, though the Clinic arranged regular follow-up calls over the following days and weeks to check-up on how I was progressing. One year later and I am delighted with the results.

Not a great experience, you would be better off going to Turkey for a better experience and results!

The most important part of the experience was the final result. I'm very pleased to have my hairline back. HHC have done a great job. The experience on the day was great. I was well looked after in terms of information given to me, my comfort was taken in to account as best as possible and the staff I encountered on the day were all friendly and helpful. Dr Kunnure carried out the procedure. And assisting him was Brendan from Preston which is just down the road from me which I thought was funny. There were others I encountered on the day that assisted but I just can't remember their names but all helped to create a good experience. HHC even provided my lunch which was a nice touch.
Even after the procedure, HHC have kept in touch for the following 18 months providing aftercare support. If I've had any questions I've had easy access to contact them and they've been quick to respond.
For anyone looking for a clinic to carry out a hair transplant I would highly recommend getting in touch with HHC.

I have a high forehead since I was a kid, which bothered me a lot. I approached HHC Clinics in Sep 2022 regarding transplanting some hair to my forehead. The doctor suggested me to do a blood test to make sure nothing is causing the hair loss- this is professional. The surgery took place in Nov 2022. The surgeon designed the hairline with me. The surgery was carried out with speed and accuracy. The surgeon also kept asking whether I coped ok or not. The aftercare was smooth. I did not feel much pain. Now it is May 2024 all my new hair has grown out. The survival rate is 100% I believed and the new hair looks very natural. I am no longer a ‘bald’ lady anymore! I will definitely recommend HHC Clinics to anyone who needs a new look on their hair.

This is my second time having a procedure at HHC. The staff are attentive and friendly and the results are absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend this clinic enough

Very happy with my experience with HHC. Doctor Kunnure and his team were professional and thorough throughout and made me feel at ease. 6 months down the line, and my hairline is exactly how I wanted it, with the thickness of the front coming through slowly but surely. Couldn't be happier with the service I received!!

Had the PRP treatment done, and started seeing results within weeks! Saffia is great, communicates really well and responds to all msg/queries promptly. Regina who did my PRP treatment is so lovely and patient whilst doing the treatment, makes you feel calm & relaxed, would highly recommend the PRP treatment and book with Regina if you can. I have had a lovely experience with both these lovely ladies! I have one more treatment left and am looking forward to it.

From the initial contact with Saffia and the team it has been very easy to arrange things. Informative and professional service. I was impressed at the initial online meeting that was with the surgeon Dr Bauer who went though everything and answered all my questions. I was also happy that the surgery was competed over two days. On the days of surgery I felt at ease, everything was explained, nothing rushed, I very much felt in safe hands and the aftercare has been fantastic. Highly recommended and a year on I’m very happy with results.

Hillside Hair Clinics offered an incredibly professional, credible and informative service. Not only was the procedure (Botox treatment for TMJ and jaw pain) smooth and uncomplicated, but the customer service I received was excellent from the outset. Clear communication, friendly and informative service, on top of a brilliant experience of the procedure, meant that my experience of HHC was fantastic.

I suffered from severe postpartum hairloss and I can tell you that prp treatment for hair loss genuinely works. The results are brilliant and the most incredible thing about it is that it is totally natural and it’s your body helping your body essentially. I am so grateful I found Hillside. Regina is genuinely amazing, such a lovely person and super reassuring every time I go that my hair will get back to how it was pre baby. The only thing I would say to improve is to allow breast feeding mothers the chance to have prp for hairloss as it is no risk at all. Hopefully by the time I have my next baby the policy will allow it! Thank you to the team at Hillside for restoring some of my confidence - I look forward to continued return of my thick head of hair!

I recently had my surgery at HHC with Dr Bauer. I was blown away with how fantastic, caring and professional she was at all times. She made me feel at ease throughout the video consultation period, I knew without even meeting her in person that I wanted her to perform my surgery. On the day, Dr Bauer was just as professional and comforting as I remembered. The whole day I was looked after by the team, comforted and kept informed as to what was going on. At the end of the day I felt dizzy and faint and despite a 10 hour day, I wasn’t hurried out or made to feel like I needed to leave and Dr Bauer stayed with me for an hour before I felt strong on my feet. Thank you so much, I couldn’t speak highly enough of the surgery and the team.

7 days post hair transplant and I am very happy with the whole procedure. All the staff at the clinic were very friendly and helpful, and I felt calm throughout the process.
Since the op the clinic have called 3 times to check up on my recovery.

Only slight negative was the on the day the time of the procedure got pushed back an hour or so, but this could not be helped. Would have been good to be informed slightly earlier, but was not an issue really. Only a small negative on a overall good experience.

I had a very warm welcome from Sarah on reception. She was so kind to me all day and has the perfect personality for making you feel very welcome and settled despite feeling nervous (Thank you Sarah!) Its always about first impressions and Sarah does an amazing job. The team were very good and Brandon the technician was very friendly and chatty and I really appreciated his kindness. Dr Vikas was also very nice and was great to work with. He explained very clearly what I would expect and made me feel very confident with his approach. He was also honest and kept my expectations in check. Overall I was very happy with the procedure and I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking for this type of treatment.
