The Berkeley dual tone handles badly scratched
The Berkeley dual tone handles I bought were scratched multiple times on every one. There is obviously poor quality control, poor working practice or both used by the manufacturer.

DIABOLICAL DELIVERY SERVICE
The product , when it arrived was as I expected and of good quality. The experience was let down by the delivery resulting in a two day delay. The driver delivered to the wrong address and said it had been signed for by myself which was not true. Initially no photo of delivery was available although one showed up the following day outside someone else's house. I will not purchase from this company again simply based on the delivery.

Excellent that’s all I can say!
I stumbled across this website by chance.
Am having new doors installed by my builders choice of doors. I was in need of purchasing x 10 door handles, locks and hinges.
Having found some sale item handles reasonably priced I was not expecting the stylish accessories but extremely good quality items before me. My builder was extremely impressed also. Pity it’s not a weekly shop otherwise I would be using the products continuously.
The only thing that was a let down was the next day delivery which did not occur.
