Good morning everyone, I wanted to share my shopping experience with this store.
The order was placed on 17/06/2023 with order number 2023611120. The payment method was through PayU with Google Pay, which was made at the time of purchase. The payment confirmation was received on the same day.
As of today, 23/06/2023, I still haven't received the product. It hasn't even been shipped yet. I tried to contact via email on 21/06/2023 without success. It doesn't seem normal to me that it takes so long to process an order. I would appreciate it if you could get in touch to resolve the problem.

Edit 1: I have just received an email from the seller, informing me that they are currently out of stock and will be sending the package next week.
Edit 2: The order was delivered on 09/07/2023 and it took 4 days with GLS. In conclusion: they process the order very slowly, but the product quality is good.

Preiswert ja, aber anscheinend NICHT sauber und die Produktbeschreibung entspricht nicht dem Produkt,denn ich habe HHC flowers bestellt,leider Marihuana verschickt bekommen.Zoll hat es und jetzt gibt es Haufen Ärger.

I ordered H4CBD distillate that's not illegal in my country. Nonetheless it got confiscated in customs by the fascist regime of Sweden where the government can confiscate and destroy any substance it suspects being classified as a drug in the future.

First they suspect you for drug smuggling, then they send it to their own lab results to further spend tax payers' money on stupid things.

After I got the letter from customs that I'm no criminal (yey!) but my H4CBD will be destroyed because it might be drugs in future, I wrote to HHCWORLD about my story. They offered me money back and I got compensated within days in my bank account.

I bought ten grams of Maui Wowie in late March. The quality of the flower was simply amazing. I have absolutely zero complaints in this respect.

However, I must say the processing of the order was a disaster. I placed the order on a Wednesday with transfer and everything, and the order didn't ship until the following Monday. On top of it, I didn't receive the shipment until the Friday after that. The package was supposed to be delivered to Germany (where I live) within 1-3 business days of the order, and instead it wasn't even shipped until 3 business days later and wasn't delivered until a week and a half later. On top of it they used a non-standard delivery service (i.e. not DHL, Hermes, etc.), which does not inspire great confidence.

So as much as I love the quality of what I was delivered, the unacceptable delay in receiving the package is too much for me to give a rating higher than four stars. If you're fine with waiting through longer-than=promised delivery times for a top quality bud, then this is the place for you. Personally, I'm going to try other vendors to see if their delivery process is better.

Bought 10 g hhc destilat it looks difrent from other Brands is more bright yellow than bright/dark oragne is very hard to vape or smoke cant take big hit cause Tickles my troath verdy bad alot more than other Brands and after hitting troath is hurting like burning for few mins didnt had that buring using other Brands Taste of this destilat is very bitter (i send message about 3 days ago still no answer)

STAY AWAY unless you want jail time or a fine.
Some european countries have made HHC illegal, and the number only rises.
hhcworld does not keep track on this and the costumer is blindsided since the website states "We meet all legislative conditions for sale and cultivation"

According to my lawyer, the law states that the website is responsible for giving the right information to the costumer. They are still shipping to these countries, which is a felony.

Well... I got contacted by the police because I ordered illegal drugs (HHC), without knowing it, since I trusted the website. and no it doesn't matter that it is under 0,2 thc.

I have tried emailing you, but as soon as I asked for my money back for the order, you stopped responding.

I am scared so I am writing this to make costumer aware of this, since hhcworld suddenly ghosted me. I don't want this to happen for anyone else.

18 may Just placed an order for 10g of hhc distillate , the support answered fast to my email asking when it will be shipped I'm currently awaiting my track number and my product . I will come with an update after i receive my product . So far everything seems to work well !
Edit1 : got my tracking number the next day 19 may. Will update when I receive and test product , so far everything seems to work fine fast response and very good prices 👍
Final UPDATE package 📦 arrived after 3 working days product is really good package was clean and stealthy product is really good 👍😊

ive orderd off them and didnt get the package so i contacted them and they said they would send a new package with dps instead and i was told i would get an email in a few day with tracking etc its been a week and half still no email or any info about a new package being sent

I have literally ate more than a gram and nothing... Now im left with a jar with over 40 grams of "hhc distilate" that i wont use becouse it doesnt do anything.

I have ordered more than 10 times the weed hhc probably wasn't all the times the same but the effects never changed and now I'm buying the e-liquids and I'm 100% satisfied. The delivery in France is 7 days always

Very disappointed.

The first order was done around Christmas - ordered 50g purple weed 40% - cool!

Second order around end of Feb: 50g purple weed and 1 vape pen 1ml - DISASTER:
- The weed was not purple weed but had a lemony taste and smell.
- After requesting the right weed to be sent, they acknowledged that they effectively sent me not what I ordered. It had way lower HHC in it.
- The package with the new weed arrived and they sent me again NOT PURPLE WEED? C'mon, this is scamming people.

- The smoking vaping pen doesn't recharge. It doesn't work. Another scam here since I'm not the only one with this issue.

And they're ghosting me by email and chat. Here is the order number: 2023004026

Ordered 2 cartridges of HHC.
3-4 days delivery.
Nothing arrived after 1 week.
I tried to write to them but the same message appears that the team is offline and they'll get back to me when they are online again.
I wrote to them the day the package was supposed to arrive.
3 days later they still have not answered.
I am not counting on the product ever arriving at this point.

I would VERY gladly get in contact with you but it has been since March 21 that I've tried to contact you with no avail.

8 days ghosting so far this is the only reply I got and they tell me to contact them as if they would ever respond.

we ordered 5 days ago and they haven't even sent the package. when we ordered the package it said that the product was in stock, but after a few days they wrote that they did not have the product in stock.

Do not trust this company, everything is of poor quality, they say that they have merchandise that they do not have for sale, they send you something that you did not order and then they do not return your money

i would wish there was a express delivery option, but all in all i am happy and i got my products in perfect kondition.
