Customs seized the package and they haven't responded to my email for over a week.

had an issue with my delivery, but after a while the company rectified it. They seem to be having issues in their communication which affects customer service. Being patient with them may be your best bet as they take a while. they did resolve my issue in the end, as far as products go, they have the best hhc products and edibles i have tried, i am yet to try their other stuff

Unfortunately, even though the substance is legal, my package was kept in customs. When I contacted HHCworld I was given advice and documents to send to the customs agency, but unfortunately I never received the package anyway.

HHCWorld did refund me my money, so I am still very happy with their service.

I made an order 05.09.2023 for some HHC.
I recieved trackint number, no problem.
When package arrived to Hungary, the Govermenz seized the package. After talking with UPS they say there is nothing they can do so I have to talk directly to hhcworld.
Sadly, there is no feedback from them since I sent 2 emails and nothing... My first anf probably the last interaction with this shop :)

I have ordered from this website about 5 times now. It has very good customer service responds within a day. One of my orders was seized aswell they refunded the full ammount to me. Best place to buy hhc for cheap prices.

Seriously do not to use this service. I ordered a package from a website who used this GLS as a courier I paid for express and shortly after I was told 5 days later that my parcel has landed in ireland so I thought "grand no issue should be here tomorrow".. it never came so I called, went to their dublin depot and apparently my package was missing gave them my number and details no communication for a week.
Asked the hhcworld.eu via email for a refund or compensation and they told me they cannot continue until GLS their courier can confirm the package was missing and that was two weeks ago..
Bad communication.. bad service.. no hope of getting your package and you'll be waiting forever for a refund. 0/10

Thanks for your reply, it's good to hear that it was just a printing error. I have recently tried the product and it had a lovely effect on both body and head. I highly recommend them!

Very fast shipping, received in just a few days. However I think the gummies are fake, as all websites that sell them say 625 mg, 25 per gummy. And the jar I received says 625 mg, but has only 20 gummies, and this is also mentioned on their website. Either it's a misprint or a fake, or they are real but this company is removing 5 gummies per jar and reprinting a label, and has forgotten to change the 625 mg. If I could attach photos I could show proof.

I have ordered different products multiple times from this website and never had any issues with them. The products usually take a couple of weeks to arrive.

Fast and effective customer support; one of the orders wasn't delivered successfully and was sent back to them (issues with GLS and local distribution centres, unrelated to HHCWorld) and after explaining the situation through e-mail, they effectively handled everything and re-sent the order without any hassle and it arrived, discreetly and safely packaged, just like all the previous ones.

I've been ordering on this site for quite some time now.
My latest Orders placed 04/07/23 - 09/07/23 both came in 14/07/23.

Besides the fact you have to wait a bit for your order to arrive, I give this company a well earned 8/10.

Communcation with them is almost handled within a day, never had a bad experience there.

The products themself are of very good quality, I've been smoking regular weed (thc) every day for atleast a decade now. Wanting to quit the regular weed and tobacco, I tried one of their vapes. And the Vapes really make you feel quite relaxed and high. Prices are also cheap compared to others on the market.

ordered on the 4th of July, got shipped out on the 7th but now GLS is being trash and taking a year and a half to deliver my vape pens. (12th of July when posting this)

as for the people that are saying that it's a scam - i'm not sure yet, obviously, I haven't received my package yet but it's looking promising so far. As far as I know, the new law banning HHC in the Czech Republic hasn't been made official yet, but I'd still stay careful just in case!

I doubt they'd exit scam since they're an official company with a real-life store, so there is some reputation behind them. hoping for the best myself currently, and also hoping customs don't seize the package. wishing everyone luck!

the pens came, they sent 1 of them in the wrong flavor, but it's fine. taste good, don't seem to be laced and they get ya high!

Ware bestellt, GLS hat sie verloren, ewiges hin und her. Jetzt höre ich seit über einer woche nichts mehr vom Support und hab jetzt vor fast nem monat bestellt....

I had placed an order on 04/07/2023 , i still wait for the tracking number , i tried to contact the support , no one responded to me , not on email , tried to call their phone number , but it doesn't exist , tried everything that is related to their support , but nothing , did 2 orders in the past with this site , i was pleased , but now , at the third order , i am starting to get a little worried , the status of my commend says ,,Temporarily unavailable" , seeing now that some people are saying its a scam , im beginning to feel a little bit off .
Update : forgot to update it , the order came , I still have my doubts , but still , they did a great job on customer support, finally, they responded, they were patient and responded quickly to my request, the products were good , not going to lie here , I also ordered a vape with hhc-o , but it came almost empty and the wasn't working, but everything else was good , still don't know why they always use different vape , but , all good.

Have been contacting customer support for a few days, they have been insisting that they would have it sent out by the end of the day otherwise I would be issued a refund however still has not been sent and according to the carrier all they did was make a shipping label but didn't do anything else. I have made about 4 or 5 other orders with this company before the proposed legislation that went into effect in Czech republic on 07/01/2023 banning HHC from sale, and I even made sure my order would have been sent before the cutoff, just seems like they are exit scamming.

Company won't even respond, and now has regularly been taking down discussions and reviews they don't like on their website.

I'll divide my review in 3 parts, Shipment, Costumer Service and the Product.

Shipment:
Lets start with the shipment. It took them 2 days to list the package in GLS's system. Took them another 3 to give it to the courier. took the courier between 4 a 5 days to arrive at my place, and i checked it everyday but they showed up out of nowhere despite that the system did not mention it being out for delivery. All in all You do get your package, but you'll be waiting for a long while. If you don't care about this and don't mind the wait by all means. Do it.

Costumer Service:
I've had multiple interactions with customer service. My first interaction was to ask if they knew when they'd get the E-liquid back in stock, to which it took them less then a day to reply they told me it would be back in stock in a week and legit the 7th day they were back in stock. i then contacted them that my package is going nowhere. shortly after they immediately added it to GLS. Had to contact them again since it clearly showed that they hadn't handed the package over yet. To which shortly after they did. Its regretful that i have to go out of my way and contact customer service to get any action done, but i am thankful that contacting them does help. (the shipment is slow apparently due to being understaffed.) So my opinion about the customer service is great.

The Product:
I ordered HHC E-liquid for my vape. Came very Discreetly packed and very secure, all in all very thankful for this. Later that night i put the liquid into my Vape, however it immediately started leaking, This is not really their fault since thats the way my vape is built, but the reason it leaked is cuz the fluid is considerably less thick then normal Vape fluid.
However it still did its job... took me a ton of hits, close to 25 before i felt it, and when i did, it hit me like a truck, seriously hadn't been so high ever really. and I've had my fair share of experience. It tasted alright, out of experience I know that HHC liquids in general don't taste all that great. Sometimes even chemical but this one was alright which is as good as it can be. When HHCworld said they stand by the quality of their products, i 100% agree, that stuff is amazing.
